24 hour ticket for the red and blue routes worth the money for those who have a short and limited time in San Francisco. Both our tour guides, Matt and BB were knowledgeable and engaging. Gave a good overview of city and sights, particularly useful to follow up in following days. I know this is the tourist season but not... More

The website is a hot mess of inaccuracies. The office staff doesn't even bother to answer the phone, and is apathetic at best when encountered in person. They don't care that they aren't providing what is promised and paid for online, even when presented with printed truth, and no apologies or even offers to contact IT to have it corrected... More

It was the most annoying tour guide that I have ever had. I do not remember the name of the guide, has about 25 years and was very parhetic.

I used this tour service last week at 4.15pm. They said last pickup is 4.50pm. Since I already purchased it cannot cancel it. The seats are broken and old (root-top). The Guide was rude with some passengers. I will not recommend this tour operator.

In short ... Way overpriced and not convenient ... While waiting for our bus for over an hour, we saw at least 5 !! Busses from the 'big bus' company at our stop. Also the stops are not convenient and do not allow you to use the 48 hrs ticket in a good way to visit the city and walk... More

Yes. With a little research on top places to see in SF. We would have saved ourselves $450. Do a little research. Everything you could want to know where to go should be and is online. Although Sodapop Jones was keeping everyone laughing on one of the trips. The other driver on the Golden Gate tour I believe his name... More

1. Do not book Alcatraz through them!! I was told last minute they didn't have have tickets for us 2. Watch how you are charged!! I was robed of $120.00 for an Alcatraz tour I didn't take. I've tried to reach out (by phone and email) to managers about this but I'm ignored. 3. Not a hop on hop off... More

Good - tour guides are informative and funny, bus takes a good route through the city and across the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausilito. Price is reasonable. Not so good - One guide told us that two busses broke down while we were in the city. There were long waits between busses which I think meant the broken ones had... More

I've been on City Sightseeing buses in lots of cities and this was just ok. It didn't seem that well organised though. The live guides were ok - always better than a recording - but some are better than others. The buses were a bit old and in need of some tlc and some cleaning. Guy in the shop where... More
