Cloud of Goods San Francisco HOUSE OF NO GOODS!! 753517540 CLOUD OF NO GOOD!! WARNING I reserved 3 scooters from House of Goods on Feb 12th for Deanna Stroup, Courtney Ashley & Michael Stroup for use 26th-1st and on the 26th as i am driving to LA CLOUD OF GOODS called and had to cancel reservation, saying they were out of scooters. WOW they had to have chosen to not deliver and gave to others. I called and found SELECT PH# 714-644-8057 and they took good care of me and delivered scooters in time. In the parks CLOUD OF GOODS maybe 1-2 scooter and SELECT had 50-60 there. RENT FROM SELECT AND NOT cloud of goods!!

I was very happy this service exists. My 9yr old daughter broke a toe 3days before her first trip to NYC. She couldn't have gotten around as much as we needed on just her crutches. She LOVED the "knee bike" as she called it & your service definitely saved us a ton of tears. & the fact that they delivered & picked up saved ME a ton of tears. I know her mobility problems are minuscule compared to others, but her first trip to a magical city was made better by Cloud of Goods existence. They delivered to the Crowne Plaza Times Square & picked up seamlessly. Thank you.

Excellent customer service dealing with Ruwan. I had a complicated order at first, and he did a great job walking me through it all, and then I had to make some changes the next day, and he was so professional and handled everything very efficiently. Looking forward to using them again. I booked January for February vacation 2020

This rental was absolutely a joke. After renting and prepaying for a wheelchair one week prior, I was informed the day of delivery that they did not have the wheelchair available. On top of that the delivery of alternate wheelchair was an hour late of the 30 minute window confirmed with the reservation.

I made a reservation for a scooter, the company cancelled on me and maybe sent a email. I'm a disabled Vet and needed this to get around the convention. FAILED
