I booked a ride from the Vancouver Cruise Pier to the airport. 24 hours before the ride was scheduled, Elife was notified that I would not have phone or email service on the day scheduled. I was told by a company rep to wait at the limo/taxi area & look for the driver holding a sign with my name . I did that,but after waiting for an hour, he never appeared. I had to take a taxi in order to just make an international flight in proper time. The next day, once at home, I discovered text messages from the driver ultimately wanting me to walk over to a hotel then text him to come & get me as he was having a problem parking. Lack of communication and sending an inexperienced driver has cancelled any future use of this service since they have proven to be unreliable. I have filed for a refund with their accounting department but have yet to hear from them. I suppose they'll just ignore me, keep my money and probably scam other clients. They have sent me a couple of emails stating they're "looking into this in detail" but I have yet to hear any more from them nor have I received a refund.
Apparently, they just string you along & hope you forget that they've kept your money.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!

This review is about Elife Limo, not the actual service that did their best to accommodate us.

Elife Limo sold us a ride to/from airport to the resort for a “Lincoln Navigator or similar.” It was less than 30 minutes each way and they charged us $375.

A taxi van showed up. It was fine. Clean, nice drivers. But it wasn’t what we were sold.

I spoke to the owner of the company who picked us up. Elife only communicates via Whatapp, and does not pay the service provider anywhere near what we paid. I confirmed a child’s seat twice with Elife, which you can only do via chat, and they assured me it was confirmed. Elife told the service provider we only needed a child seat for the return trip. So we had to wait at the airport 30 minutes while another van brought a child’s seat.

Elife is a scam. do not use them. Work with the resort, or just search a local service provider.

You could start by picking us up from the cruise ship in San Francisco. Had to get a cab to the Airport. pick up from airport & hotel was good. I rang all the contact numbers on the print out but it just kept ringing out even Tryed the UK emergency number same thing. Believe the reviews if you book this company.

They say they guarantee an English speaking person but mine didn't and had to use a translator app to communicate. When I contacted the Elif limo folks they said they would get someone who did speak English. The driver contacted me about getting a new driver or continuing to use her with the translator. I stayed with the non-English speaking person and communicated VIA text. All in all, provided the service I requested but they are still working out some hiccups I'd say. If I hadn't needed a car seat for the trip, I probably would have used an uber or Lyft instead.

The wrong car was sent to pick us up despite booking asking for a larger car which we have had previously on the first trip with them. They refused to give a refund despite their mistake and is having to use an Uber. The office staff were rude and unhelpful and tried to say that a 6 seater is the same as an 8 seater that we booked.
Do yourself a favour and use anyone but them

On the 4th august, we took a transfer from Toronto Airport with the driver Diana with destination to the Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino Hotel, NY, USA.
The driver could barely speak english, tried to take extra money, in cash for the toll, made and received phone calls and texted messages during the driving and stoped in the highway shoulder to smoke a cigarete, everything in a most unprofessional way, to say the least.
When we approached the Niagara Falls, she said she couldn’t drive us to the hotel because it was in the american side and she hadn’t a passport nor a visa.
We and our children had to walk with all the luggage from the boarder to the hotel.

Horror ride probably describes it best!
We had booked the "service" through booking.com. 3hours drive from ho chi ming (vietnam) to the hotel. The driver was very aggressive and daring! We have been Trips around Vietnam with drivers for 3 weeks, and we know the driving style. But that was really unnecessary. I think letting go of such drivers on toirists is bad! We have had several maneuvers where we have been lucky! For example, overtaking at 120h/km over the breakdown strip or repeatedly turning just in front of a truck, let alone braking... it's really an imposition! Never again about this company!

We booked a car through Expedia to take us from our hotel to Hanoi airport and they just didn’t turn up. If it hadn’t been for the great staff at our hotel we would have missed our flight. No apologies. Just didn’t come because of bad weather. Rubbish service. Do Not Use. Terrible terrible to deal with. Customer service also hopeless. When we called we were told the taxi was on its way. 45 mins later no taxi. Awful company. Awful service. Don’t rely on them if you want to make it to the airport on time. Shoddy bunch of cowboys.

My experience was totally different from the negative reviews. I booked a one way transfer from SFO to White Swan Inn on Bush Street.
After I booked online, I received a text from Elife with the driver's name and cell phone no. Apparently there was a change in the driver, and Elife texted me again with the new driver's name and cell phone number.
I got stuck in immigration, and it took me an hour and twenty minutes. The driver texted me, so I asked him to wait. When I exited, I texted him my location (door 3, international terminal), and he showed up five minutes later. He was punctual, reliable and courteous.
It could be that the SFO location has good staff and drivers.

booked a car for a funeral for $300. Policy is you can cancel in 24 hours. Plans changed and I had a free ride from airport so I cancelled and these bastards charged me anyway. Disputed with my credit card without success. SAVE YOUR MONEY. They are frauds.
