This is the neighborhood where the upper middle class families used to live, many have been priced out of the area. There’s so many beautiful homes here, it’s a joy to stroll through. If this is not your thing, then skip the neighborhood.

We love to walk the hills through Pac Hts and gaze at the beautiful old homes and shake our heads at the new monster houses with no redeeming features. Wonderful Views and Vistas.

We passed through here almost daily and were impressed with the beautiful houses and colors, some very crazy. This is a quiet neighborhood with little shops and restaurants contrasting with the downtown and the pier area. Calm and peaceful.
