Our Uber driver gave us a quick tour as we headed to the Legion of Honor museum. He drove us thru Pacific Heights. This is a very affluent neighborhood which is known for the notable people who live here. You will be astounded by the park-like settings offering panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco Bay, the Palace... More

This has long been the home to San Francisco's upper class, full of pretty mansions and grand apartment buildings. Good for tours of architecture, but not much fun for food and street life.

A tour through Pacific Heights will show you just exactly how you would want to live if you had unlimited resources. The homes are gorgeous, tasteful, and generally share wonderful views of the Bay and the City. Just spend a while driving through, you'll be gasping.

This is where old rich people live and the stores and restaurants reflect that. Not very hip and from the past.

Just happen on this tour and really enjoy it. Julie and Dennis was a great pair. Lots of history between the two of them. Highly recommend this tour because of the great places we visited, like the Golden Gate Bridge, pacific heights and the palace of fine arts. Thank you Julie and Dennis for a great tour!

We cycled up looking for Mrs Doubtfires house. Unfortunately never found it but the views were something else. Gorgeous houses in a beautiful area well worth the climb up, the way down on the bike was so much fun!

A very nice and invigorating walk through one of San Francisco's best known neighborhoods. There are many places to stop to get a great cup of coffee, snack or full meal. After you visit you will say to yourself, "what do I need to do to live here!"

Park the car and walk around the streets if you have time. You will love the streets, houses. If you dont have time drive around by car slowly, every house has a lovable design.

I look @ these $2-4 million dollar homes and think: "Gosh. NOBODY has ever driven to my neighborhood and photographed themselves in front of my condo."

I lived in Pacific Heights for 9 years and loved every minute of it. The Victorian Architecture, fabulous hills, mansions, chic neighborhood shops and cafes, speciality wine stores, restaurants and the views - fabulous views of the city. Pacific Heights is a wonderful walking neighborhood. Tree lined streets, very clean part of SF, homes of the rich and famous. You... More
