“Great place to try a different rum based drink or three!”

We popped in here after an evening at Biscuit & Blues and had a few great drinks to finish our night! The range of drinks available was impressive and we all tried some new drinks and specials. There was a nice ambience however the area around was sketchy at best.

I was lucky enough to meet the owner and learned more about rum in half an hour than I had imbibed in a lifetime of drinking. If you appreciate rum, or are just curious for something a little different, I highly recommend Rum and Sugar.

A fascinating Rum Bar

Drop in for a friendly reception.

Walking back from Union Street to Jackson we dropped in for a quick drink but stayed a couple of hours. A jazz band came on and customers started to dance. The owner is a Russian guy who knows a lot about Rum and is interesting to hold a conversation with.

Simply not to be missed!!! Neighborhood is super rough but worth the risk. So many varieties of rum!! Completely Gob Smacked!!! The bar staff can compete with anyone I've ever seen in Vegas. Don't miss this hidden gem!!!
