About Incredible Adventures
Incredible Adventures is an outdoor travel company specializing in tours from San Francisco to Yosemite National Park, Muir Woods, California's Napa and Sonoma Wine Country, and whitewater rafting on the American River. We've been offering travelers a safe, eco-friendly, reliable way to connect with nature since 1993, and our professional guides are experts in the destinations we visit throughout the Western United States. We strive to provide personal, unique experiences for our small groups (16 max). We accomplish this by creating relaxed, flexible itineraries for our tours, and by going the extra mile - both literally and figuratively - to assure an authentic view of the lesser-traveled roads and sights of our beautiful California countryside. We believe strongly in maintaining the wild lands and National Parks of California (and all over the world), and know that tourism can be a strong factor in whether these magnificent areas continue to thrive for future generations to enjoy. In order to minimize the environmental impact of our business on the destinations we visit, we operate our vehicles on sustainable, petroleum-free biodiesel fuel made from local recycled cooking oil. Our fleet is made up of 13-20 passenger mini-coaches which all run on B100! From the mild to the wild, in a day or overnight, in a hotel or at a campsite, escape to the great outdoors with Incredible Adventures!

Lisa did a fine job on our tour. It was a 14 hour day and she was as helpful and friendly at the end of the tour as at the beginning. She went out of her way to be accommodating to individual needs as she could. Particularly those of my handicapped wife. Also, the van was new and clean and comfortable.

Great driver, wonderful timing at each location, and good wineries. We were picked up and dropped off from our hotel which was extremely convenient. We had a small group that was easily able to get to know each other and make for a great day. We were happy to be able to see the Golden Gate Bridge & Redwoods- a nice bonus! We enjoyed two wineries, one in Sonoma and one in Napa. Our stop in Sonoma was lacking in the way of service but the second stop in Napa made up for the experience in Sonoma. This is no fault of the companies but a suggestion would be to include some nibbles to do a pairing. Our driver was Lisa who was absolutely one of the best guides I’ve ever had. She shared so much history about the area, our destinations and a ton of fun facts! I went with this company because I heard how amazing the drivers were and Lisa truly delivered!

This was my first camping trip in Yosemite and Inc Adventures made it so easy and memorable! Buck was our tour guide, he was knowledgeable about the park's history and habitats that I've got some interesting stories to share with friends and family. We had a great time cooking outdoor and doing yoga with one of our tour members, was super relaxing after long hour hikes. Would definitely go back, highly recommended it with Inc Adv!

I have very little experience camping. My wife has had none. She was actually very resistent to the idea but since it was my birthda, she decided to indulge me. So glad she did. First off we had an a wordclass, amazing, kind, knowledgable, energetic, sociable guide named Lisa. She was amazing! Just really memorable and probably a highlight of my life. She took us everywhere and more. She taught us how to setup camp, showed us the best way to see the stars, led a group meditation, made sure that we we all comfortable and made sure to be aware of everyone different abilities and interest. She was just amazing! Everything decibed in the trip, you get to see and then some. You get to see/do more if everyone works effectively together and knows common decency. If your selfish and lazy your just going to screw yourself on this trip. We slept at a camp grounds with shower and running sinks and bathroom stalls. Bring Sandals, would make life alot easier. The tents were fine. Sleeping mats were fine. We used our own sleeping bags. The food was good and simple. It was sandwiches and tacos and eggs and we did get a chance to buy some food at a local restaurant (this is 1 dinner). On the way to yosemite you do get a chance to buy snacks or extra water so you don't really need to do that beforehand. We are in a big van with a attached trailer. It fit 10 of us comfortably (including Lisa). So you can bring a luggage and bag if you want, there is plenty of space in the trailer and it will be safe during the trip. Campgrounds was next to a hotel where youo can swim in the pool if you wanted to. I was generally too tired to do that at the end of the day. You share the campgrounds with other people but it was generally quiet after 10. But there was a dog one night that just wouldn't shut up, but you can't really do much about that. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. I'm not in the best shape but most things I was able to handle with some exertion but Lisa will always make sure everyone is accounted for and never left alone behind. The days are packed! Expect to rise early at 6:30sih and get going by 8. We came back to camp different times at night but usually enough time and daylight to make camp and cook in the dark. Bring a headlamp, it really helps. I felt like i got lucky with my group. We were diverse but we treated eachother well. it amplified the experience. I would do this again if given the chance, especially with Lisa at the helm!

Our guide, Kate, was perfect for us. She was upbeat, a fountain of information, and a very skilled driver for these crazy roads. She adjusted everything to our abilities and interests and left us great ideas for the rest of the our week there - both inside and outside the park. COVID has made lots of challenges for everyone these days but she was extremely thoughtful and professional throughout the trip. So glad we started the week with her. It made for a great week. Highly recommend her.
