I loved the Ghost walk. You could see how the crew had to live on the ship. They had the ship all decorated for the holiday.

TheUSS Salem has been docked in the water in Quincy ForeRiver Ship yard area for a number of years. Ship was used in the service for a number of years. The ship at Halloween time puts on a haunted ship theme that people can go on and explore- fun for all

My husband (Vietnam Vet) and my husband (forrmer Air Force) really enjoyed looking at this ship and the museum located below. I also enjoyed the visit. I wouldn't recommend visiting this ship with children 12 and under. I think they would get bored easily.

my dad used to serve on this ship. the last year he was in the navy, back in 1953, he served aboard this ship. he was showing me around. he showed me where he used to work. it was most interesting.
