Twenty years ago this garden was largely untended and overgrown, but an enterprising College of the Atlantic student took it on for his senior project, and with help from other community members, transformed it into the beautiful and contemplative spot it is today.

Marvelous building though the Gardens are dormant until winter passes. Great views of the ocean plus excellent seminar rooms in this building housing the president of COA.
