Great tourt

Great time, totally low key. We saw all sorts of wild life. Fletcher our guide was amazing. He took us to the west side of the island away from all the crowns. Perfect day.

We did the four hour excursion and it was a terrific experience! The company is very professional and we were given great instructions. They provide life jackets, spray skirts, wet bags (one per boat), water shoes if you forget your own and a lock box for valuables. Our guide was Fletcher and he was a great story teller. He kept... We did this kayak tour with another family from back home and we had a ball, making everything a competition of course. We started out with lifejacket fittings and then headed out to a small rocky beach where we docked off. It was windy and cloudy so it was not a great day for kayaking, but we still had fun.... More

The guide was knowledgable, but difficult to hear on the ocean. We had a great time exploring around Seal Cove and Barrett's Island. We saw some seals and porpoises on our 6 mile tour. The weather was perfect since it was overcast. The transport van seemed old and dirty.

We booked this tour because we wanted to see Acadia from a different perspective. We were not disappointed. Our guide Fletcher was outstanding. Very professional & informed. Gave our group a quick info session, explained safety guidelines, got us equipment & we took off in a van to the remote western side of the island. Soon after heading out we... More

Our guide, Joel, was excellent- he guided us through very rough water expertly and we had a great time- family of four with an 11 and 14 year old. We saw a couple of seals and an eagle.

Brian, our guide, was friendly, funny, knowledgeable and fun. The kayaks were really nice responsive crafts and we were able to experience harbor seals, eagles, starfish, porpoises, loons, eider ducks, cormorants and seabirds. Relaxing, interesting and a great way to come back and enjoy Bar Harbor for lunch and epicurian pursuits which Brian recommended along the van ride back from... More

This is an amazing tour company that delivers what they advertise. Keeping their tours small is a big plus when you're doing close to 4 hours in the water. Brian, was our tour guide extraordinaire for this late afternoon trip which ran from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm. It took us to some great kayaking territory over on the quiet... More

Fletcher, our guide, was every thing you would want. He was knowledgeable, fun and enthusiastic. My sons and I had never kayaked before but these boat are very easy and forgiving. Lots of scenery and wildlife to look at. The trip was one of the highlights of our vacation and you can't even rent kayaks for four hours and the... More

I went on this tour with my wife and two children during our first visit to Mount Desert Island and it was a highlight of our trip! The weather was great and we saw a lot of wildlife (harbor porpoises, harbor seals, juvenile bald eagle, and cormorants). Our guide (Fletcher I think) was great, very knowledgeable and had a good...
