Good cruise, had fun, scheduling problems!

Our cruise was for the Mary Todd boat at 2:00PM for a 2 hour cruise. They called that morning and said they had to change it to 5:00PM which was OK with us. We got there at 5... read more

Imagine boarding a four-masted schooner and traveling across Fisherman's Bay on a sunny summer afternoon. There is nothing but the sound of wind against sail and water against the hull. This is nirvana. OK, I have a thing for boats--especially ones with sails. This was a wonderful trip--previously unplanned--and probably THE memory from that summer's travels. (N.B. we were there... Came here for the sunset cruise and had a great time! They played music during the cruise as the sun set. Super romantic and beautiful. I do recommend bringing a blanket and some wine.

A beautiful view of the Maine coast made even better by the onboard musician, John. Don't forget to bring a sandwich and your favorite beverage if you like.

Not worth the money. It was an enjoyable cruise and most of the crew was very nice. Unfortunately, after a late start, the cruise was only 45 minutes and never left the harbor. At all most a dollar a minute, it was not worth the money. The website listed cruise times as 1 1/2 to 2 hours & mentioned immediately... More

I don't recommend the sunset cruise anytime in the fall. I recently took it - never at any time were we told (nor is it anywhere advertised online or displayed on site) that the sunset cruise in the fall is an hour or less. It was a slow loop around the harbor and an anchored cruise ship. We lined up... More

We did a sunset sail. Retired military are free and their spouses are $33! The crew was friendly. The Captain was very knowledgeable and pointed out a lot of things. We got to help the crew hoist the sails! Boat was clean. They said they had a strict alcohol policy, but people were not really adhering to it and no... More

We thought it was a good value for the price and of course when the weather cooperates it helps!! Very relaxing trip about two hours . Saw bald eagle and gray seal. On our trip was a park ranger (check for which trips they go on) who was very knowledgable of the entire area and history. We learned a great... More

The evening was beautiful with a gentle breeze so we were looking forward to a lovely sail....that is not what we got. Mind numbingly boring is the only way to explain this 1 1/2 hours. Three sales were hoisted that never really caught the wind. We never lost sight of the harbor and that we could see from our hotel.... More
