The Royal Transport package is the way to go and worth the money... especially if you are not renting a car. Our bus driver, Cousin Kay, was fantastic! He was very friendly, funny and made the bus part of the trip very pleasant! The pick up was on time and there were no issues at all. It was extremely convenient... More

We were picked up at the Hyatt in a coach and every person from the bus driver to the entertainers were the most welcoming and friendly people we could imagine. The Chief was hilarious and the whole show was spectacular. The food was as good as food that needs to feed 200 people at the same time can be and... More

We had a great time at time at this luau. We liked this luau because of the amount of space provided for children to run and dance, the show was spectacular, and we had a great time. The food was average, but the experience was great! The chief reminded us of a Hawaiian 'Steve Harvey' and was very family friendly.... More

We spent the afternoon at the Sea Life Park, but the park closes at 4pm and luau starts at 5pm. We stayed in the car and rest for 45 mins then checked in to the luau. It was a small setting and we had paradise tickets which came with two drink tickets. Child under 4 is free. We made our... More

We were recommended to come here by family friends and were not disappointed. The pre show entertainment was exceptional with crafts from locals and interactive activists for all. The meal is served family style and none will go away hungry or without trying something new and delicious. As for the show, Chief keeps the crowd involved and engaged with audience... More

The bus ride to the Luau was as much fun as the dinner. Our host on the bus from the Hyatt to Sea Life Park was not only funny and entertaining, but he was truly authentic and wanted to insure everyone had a good time. After arriving at the Park, the pre-ceremony activities were pretty corny, but it's all part... More

The Luau was great but the food left much to be desired. It was cold by the time it was served. The weather was gorgeous.

We loved the 'Sho' guy who was our Hawaiian guy (we booked through Pleasant tours), and had a personal funny way of interacting. Everyone seemed very genuine and afterward even the great flame throwers that shook our hands were that same way. It was a beautiful night, no sweater needed, just a great location. We had two kids, and maybe... More

Beautiful scenery, friendly staff, and a great show for everyone! Excellent buffet style food and cocktails. The show had comedy, and amazing percussion beats. Hula dancers, flaming batons, native dances and they get the audience involved. A must on the to-do list!
