Across the water from the pier is Rabbit Island. From places on the road you can see the pier and it has some great backdrops for photo ops. This is also the pier that was on Magnum PI where TC had his helicopter.

This place is stunning for photographers lovers. Perfect for sunrise or golden hour. I never get tired visiting this place to take some pictures. I saw two Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles while taking my pictures. Good spot for fishing or just swimming too. Don’t have much parking space but I’m sure you can find one.

This place had wonderful views from our car, clear waters and that amazing pier but when we tried to drive thru we discovered that it was some kind of government or university research place so no public entrance, it was good just to pass by and see the clear rough waters.

I did stop here as I was intrigued by the pier and island just offshore. Might be a good fishing spot as I saw someone doing this. However, there are many beautiful spots along the southeast corner of Oahu but in retrospect, this was one of the least attractive places to stop. Just keep driving by to other better views.
