We stopped as part of a tour. This place is huge. It has everything pineapple... food, drink, cosmetics, souvenirs and more. We arrived towards the end of the day and there was heaps of buses and people still there, so can only imagine how busy...More

It costs me 11 plus tax for the ride, but it was 20 minutes. I did it because I wanted to get the full affect, but it's a waste for the whole family. I wouldn't do it again, but it was beautiful. Plus, the souvenirs...More

Though we usually stay away from ‘touristy’ spots this was a lot of fun and really delicious! The pineapple maze was easy so you won’t get lost. The Pineapple Express train ride was the fun and I highly suggest it. You get a tour of...More

It's a fun stop. Very educational. I learned a lot about how pineapples are grown. But I have to admit the best part is the Dole Whip!! Oh my gosh! It's the best thing ever! Worth the trip just for it!

I wouldn't go out of the way to get there. The train was ok, but it was loud (people and the train) so we couldn't really hear the narrative. It was also a recorded narrative, which was ok. The maze was closed (Due to the...More

We took the train ride at the Pineapple Plantation and it was very interesting. We had no idea how the pineapple plant grew. It was raining the day we were there, but the train is covered so we did not get wet. The staff takes...More

Recently visited Dole Plantation and i would recommend visiting, but not any of the attractions. The attractions were over priced (the self tour gardens were $7, save your money and go to any resort and see a better garden!) The store was overpriced, but has...More

This is an expensive tourist stop only made worth the stop for the Dole Whip. It is truly yummy. We came back a second time just to eat.

This was a fun, fruity experience for family. My advice would be to check the weather and go when it's sunny -- it was a little meh sitting out in the rain. But riding the train out to the plantation and seeing all the different...More

We visited the plantation which was nice if you commit to exploring the grounds. We arrived early to avoid the imminent crowds. Within 20 minutes of opening it was already getting busy. It’s best to go early if you want to avoid lining up for...More

No, you don't. There's a ticket booth available with minimum wait. I do recommend going earlier in the day before some of the tours start showing up.

We bought ours there. The price is the same if you buy them there or online. They offer each attraction separately or you can combine 2 or all 3 at a discounted price. We didn't wait in line for tickets at all. However... More
