This was a fun day out with the kids. It's an easy drive from Waikiki and the train ride around the plantation was both fun and interesting after a 60 minute wait! The pineapples had just been harvested so there were none to actually see but plenty of other things. The food at the cafe was really disappointing. You could... More

Great Place to Visit but we never had the time being on a tour which left us there for only 1 hour. Wanted to do the Train around the Park but no time. The Ice Cream was Pineapple and to die for and the Queues were quiet long but if you visit go as far as you can into the... More

Very disappointed with dole company. This felt like a tourist trap. So many overpriced items and souvenirs. We were turned off by the commercialization of the brand. Seems like dole doesn't have to nickel and dime tourists visiting their plantation. Guess everyone wants to make a buck. Disappointed.

My son had been here a few years ago so we decided to stop on our way to the north shore. It was Saturday afternoon of our only day in Oahu. The first sign of trouble was the free for all parking lot where no one was assisting anyone trying to find a place to park. Cars coming in all... More

Great trip for family and kids Too bad you get there mainly by car. A bit far from Honolulu but plenty of interesting pineapple related but it only products to buy for the family. Attractions around Watch out: They close early 18:00

We stayed here too long and had to cut our beach time short. We did the train ride which was nice except that there weren't any pineapples growing at the time. They just picked one field and planted another so there were little green spurts coming out of red dirt and that was all we saw. There were a few... More

On our way to the North Shore my husband and I decided to swing into the Dole Plantation to see what all the hype was about. We had no intention of embracing the touristy features such as the maze or train ride, but we were keen to experience the Dole Whip that everyone was raving about. I wouldn't say it... More
