Beautiful back drop. Course highlight is that about half the holes invoke hitting across ravines so either gotta hit it long or lay up a lot of shots. Downside is the poor drainage so it's a very muddy track, even your good shots that land on the fairway can get lost in the deep mud and makes stroke play very... More

Very tough, narrow and winding course draped off the north slopes and cliffs of the Ko'olau range. A fun challenge for a controlled golfer.

Bring extra balls or buys some cheap ones in the pro-shop. They are easy to lose. The views are spectacular and the course is a TRUE test of skill. If you are above a 15, don't worry about your score. Enjoy the day. Course is in decent condition given the jungle around it. They do struggle to maintain after rainy... More

We went here for an evening out and had great drinks and very good entertainment. However we had to wait FOREVER for our bar bill.

The theoretical slope is 155 (the difference between scratch golfer and bogie golfer (17-22). This course twice measured 162. I had no business playing there, but the scenery was breathtaking. Fascinating history lesson, but extremely difficult course.

Unique experience, very tight golf course. Awesome scenery, many obstacles, very wet when I played in early January. You will need a few extra balls, but a definite must if you are playing on Oahu

Came to the course for a scheduled twilight time at 12:01 PM. There were 2 people hitting balls on the driving range and one person putting. Virtually no cars in the lot or golfers on the course. We had a light lunch prior to the game and the food and server were very good. Beautiful views and a great venue... More

Was here for a wedding.... BEAUTIFUL scenery absolutely beautiful... but for those holding a wedding, they did not have enough seats for guests for the ceremony. Those that didn't have seats had to stand on the little hill in their heals which were sinking in the damp grass. I even asked the coordinator and they would not bring out more... More

If you are looking for a park like golf experience with lush fairways and manicured greens this is not the place for you. On the other hand if you are looking for a challenging round of golf in an incredible setting Ko'olau is it. The course feels like it has been hacked out of the jungle and one has the... More

Pros - none Cons - course condition is shocking. This course should be closed. Greens are weed ridden and bumpy, like putting on a river bed. Who knows where the fairways start & finish, mud balls , no proper turf anywhere on the course. Tees like walking on a sponge pudding. Absolutely no sand in the bunkers, what a joke.... More
