This is a nice, quiet bay to kayak or stand up paddleboard. Views of the mountains are spectacular. The water is very shallow.

Love Kane'ohe! It is quiet and low key away from Honolulu. Short drive from Waikiki area and local flavor is fun.

Kaneohe has something for everyone. Snorkeling,scuba, paddle boarding, boogie boarding, kayaking. If you don't like the beach you are at drive a mile and you can experience a totally different environment. I would recommend investing in good water shoes. Some of the beaches are rocky....More

Yes. easy drive from Honolulu. closer to Polynesian cultural center than Honolulu. paradise bay resort is lovely hotel there.
