Eric and Ginger, two of the partners in this venture, gave us a tour of their unique distillery set up on the Windward side. We were there along with another couple with adult children and friends, and Eric explained the process, which was pretty interesting as we homebrew and have been on a lot of brewery tours as well. Something different. Enjoyed the whiskey and got cute shot glasses as a souvenir. Active and retired military discounts as the partners are all retired Marines. Located in Kapaa Quarry a few minutes from downtown Kailua, all the way at the back end of the complex, nice spot. Go and discover something different.

IN from Denver and loved this place. Had a tour with one of the founders, Ian. He thoroughly explained the process and the history of the distillery. Very good whiskey and some unique and flavorful gins as well. I can wait for their Bourbon to come out later in the year. The whole team is friendly and informative. It is a veteran owned business and they did some great work during the pandemic to supply hand sanitizer to the state. If you cant make it to the distillery, give the juice a try at a local bar. Old Pali Road Whiskey!

This was our first distillery tour , it was very informative and interesting learning about the process.
We got to bottle our own whiskey and also got to sample all the other spirits that they make.
We would highly recommend taking the tour

What a great experience! Justin told us about the science they currently use to make their whiskey. We were able to bottle whiskey and buy the bottle. We also met the owners. The company is mainly operated by veterans. One of a kind experience! Great to get away from the main hub bub of the city.

Great product, free sampling (we didn't book a tour but then again we showed up unplanned at the end of October shoulder season but in summer it's a different game), nice owners - if not for a fairly remote and less "touristy" location this place would have probably hundreds of reviews and even more customers by now... but then again it's the location and history of the area that in my book gave this whiskey "its spirit" and I liked it!

They produce whiskey, gin and I want to say the third was the moonshine - all 3 great products I see myself buying here on the mainland, had they been offered (hopefully one day...) + a variety of mixers made with dried fruits etc. + their moonshine.

The whiskey came in 3 different sizes, the small ended up being a perfect gift to one of my family members :)

TIP: great stop if you are heading east from Waikiki to Lanikai after you stopped at Nu'uanu Pali vista stop, or if you are heading back to Waikiki via Route 61 - this is somewhat a small "industrial park" area so plan accordingly - any car can do this, perfectly paved road and pretty scenic as well on this side of the island

Very informative. Learned a lot about the making of spirits. Entertaining. One con, two words...AIR CONDITIONING NEEDED. Would have stayed to complete the tour. My wife could not tolerate the heat.

What a great bunch of people. Ginger, Justin and Eric all greeted us with genuine hospitality when we got to the facility. Justin was our guide and was very knowledgeable and passionate about the products. We even labeled, bottled, and sealed some bottles of moonshine. Good story, great product and cool merchandise. I would go here again. Good quick day trip with friends or family. Thank you distillery team!

We were unable to do the actual tour due to our schedule and their limited spaces, but they did a free tasting for us when we were able to get over there. It’s a neat place and would have been cool to tour.

Interesting inside top the process of making whiskey. The tour guide was knowledgeable, and it was interesting to see the different steps involved. The testing part was interesting in that they discussed how to properly taste and what to look for in the whiskey. Nice stop.
