This is a great beach with restroom and showers. The parking can be complicated so be prepared. You can find shade under the trees to spend your whole day here. A nice beach to enjoy.

From Waikiki Beach area hotels take a bus to Ala Moana stop . Transfer to bus 67 for 50 min ride to Kailua then local 671 bus to beach entrance. Kailua has many small shops , great thrift shop and restaurants.
