Small secluded type beach not crowded. July had tide swings of 3 feet. Snorkeling and lots of rocks and coral to find sea life.

Not really sure what people consider spectacular service, this place definitely had a lack of service. I stayed here for my honeymoon and none of the concierge really cared why we were there - nor did they care to ask how was our stay when we checked out. We stayed quite a while - 8 days and our bed sheets... More

We booked Turtle Bay a year ago after visiting for a golf day. Hopes were high and we stayed for basically 10 days in a Cottage (high end accomodation - with the price tag to match) Whilst the staff were on the whole 10/10 (a few exceptions........) I would recommend that you think about the following (plan better than us)... More

This beach wasn't crowded. It was clean. The ocean was beautiful and you could snorkel there. It is a beach you spend all day on.

We read great reviews on this hotel and so far have not been impressed. Our luggage took a long time to arrive to our room and by the time it did it was the wrong luggage that belonged to another family. The attendant was very rude. Dinner at Kuhio Grille was not much better, it lacked customer service.

The beach was mediocre. Crowds with children. Suggestion: if your looking for turtles don't go to the beach on the resort. You won't find any. You'll have to explore that coastline away from the crowds.

Very relaxing place. You can go high end and stay at the resort or find plenty of free parking and enjoy the scene. Nice views!

Such a beautiful beach especially for kids. Plenty of shade in the trees if you aren't a hotel guest. Facilities are plenty, running water to refill bottles, restaurants to eat, shower to rinse off and toilets if needed. The water is calm and is safe for kids. There was a seal sleeping on the beach which was just amazing. Highly... More

Stayed at Turtle Bay for my first ever, real deal, grown up, no work, vacation and will definitely be coming back. You can easily stay onsite and have an awesome vacation, however, very nearby are some of the best things North Shore has to offer. Shrimp trucks. Ziplining. Surfing. Shaved ice. Shopping. The Turtle Bay staff were great. From the... More

Relaxing, clean beach Beautiful setting.. Loved that the lounge chairs and umbrellas were reserved for hotel guests. Snorkeling was wonderful seeing turtles and a monk seal on the beach. Would have loved better restroom facilities other than portable toilets, but not a deal breaker. Wished the food shack at the beach allowed us to charge our drinks to our room, but... More
