My husband and I took the sunset ride along the beach. Our guides were friendly and helpful. Our main guide, Kai, took the time to take pictures with everyone's own camera at various points along the ride so we now all have memories of our ride. Our horses were well-trained, which was great for us since we are not experienced... More

These horses are so over giving people rides. They are four legged slaves. They seem so bummed out and have no spirit. The saddest thing...they are only going to go one slow speed and the workers at the stable should tell the tourists to NOT KICK the horses in the ribs because they a not going to go any faster.... Aloha Bee, I was honestly shocked by your comments but appreciate your concern for our horses. We love our hoses and treat them as if they are part of our ohana or family. Believe me, they have spirit. They are just well trained and well-seasoned trail horses that know their job and how take the best care of our guests.... More

Went on the 4th of July. Granddaughter rides horses. I don't. Didn't need to know. Staff was amazing. Especially our guide Raul. The ride lasted 45 minutes, probably 10 to 15 people. The trails by the ocean are beautiful. The horses walk in line, unless one stops to get a bite to eat. The military site was interesting. The movie... More

Our family of 4 decided to go on this adventure because the oldest daughter loves horses. We scheduled our trail ride for 10:30 and showed up to the turtle bay stables at 10:00. We were greeted by pleasant workers and visitors alike. We were free to take pictures with the horses in their holding pen, which I thought was nice.... More

My Family of 5 took the sunset Horse ride and it was fabulous. My guys are older and did not know what to expect but they loved every minute of it. Our Guides Kai and Tiani were excellent. Kai was very friendly and chatted with my family and gave us great information on our ride. We really enjoyed the ride... More

Great place to ride horses right on beach. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Views were so beautiful and private tour allowed riders to go at own pace. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff welcomed you at the stables and introduced you to your horse for the evening explaining the horses history. Beautiful walk through the surrounding area at a leisurely and safe pace. Walk lasted just over an hour and suits all.

Of all the things to do at turtle bay resort, this is a must! Even as an inexperienced rider, I really enjoyed my experience all around. Raul is a really great guide, very friendly & smart, & the rest of the staff was awesome as well. The turtle bay property is best scene this way, and you learn some fun... More

We went on a private sunset ride here last week during our vacation. It was fantastic. Our guide, Tina, was SO nice. She had great information and stories about the resort, landmarks we passed, even the horses we rode (Feather and Lio, very sweet horses!). She also answered all of our questions about the island and things to do. I... More

My teen daughter and I went on the advanced rider horseback ride in the early morning . The weather was perfect and our guide Vera was very friendly and informative about the various wildlife and locations we saw. There were 4 opportunities to gallop our horses and the length of our ride was right at one hour. The horses were... More
