Carol's a natural teacher - encouraging, observant, excellent communicator and very supportive. I stood up on the board the very first time I tried (I'm not athletic). Two benefits I received from taking lessons was to learn how to be safe in the water (who...More

To be honest, I hadn't realized that I had booked my lesson with one of the best female surfers that has ever lived. When I arrived, I'll admit I was a bit apprehensive about how good the lesson was "really" going to be. I've had...More

Unfortunately, no. It would be a matter of Taxi, Lyft or Uber to get to and from the North Shore from Waikiki.

Good evening We are thinking of being on Oahu in early to mid January. Both my teenage boys can surf and would probably be rated intermediate, but certainly no higher. I love body boarding out the back but I am also no expert. My questions are; Are these beaches suitable and reliable in January Is it possible to not just have a lesson but a 'camp, where the boys are taken to an appropriate location on the day or each day. We are thinking of being there for thre or four days. We would love mum, my wife, to have a go but she is an absolute beginner. Is that also possible. I would happily join her. Thank you for your time Phil

Sorry at this time we do not pick up at Waikiki hotels. We recommend that you rent a car, it's also the best way to see the island.
