Even if you aren't planning on spending time at the beach, stop here and take some pictures and wade in the pools. Too cool and great colors.

The wave watching is tremendous here. There is also a little cove that is protected by a reef and a good snorkeling spot. When there are big waves they crash over the reef into the cove. There are trees for shade and little pools of...More

We were here in winter so swimming in the surf was a no go on the north shore. We did however find this little piece of paradise and loved being able to swim in this protective little cove and explore the tide pools and watch...More

We really enjoyed this spot. Not much of a beach for swimming but we enjoyed seeing a monk seal and tiny crabs! The scenery was amazing! We will come back again.

We were here in the winter so this beach offered us some good protective shallows for our 4 year old. Great fun to watch the huge waves pound the reef and rocks filling the lagoon with white water. And those food trucks across the road...More

Fantastic snorkelling beach, lots of tropical fish and very safe. Beach is sandy and great to just lie in the sun. You will need Aqua shoes to walk across the lava rocks that are sharp and you can hire googles just across the road from...More

There are actually two beaches at this park. We went to the one known as Shark's Cove. It is basically a huge rocky tide pool with a sand bottom. The pool was difficult to reach because you must climb over rocks, but it was the...More

This spectacular beach has clear snorkelling & lots of fish to see. Somewhat sheltered until the surf is up but the lifeguards give you lots of tips and warnings should that happen! Amazing!
