Booked to go on a morning snorkel to molokini cater and turtle spot. Arrived early and large queue formed waiting to go on boat, after waiting 15 mins after we were due to leave, crew member came out and started checking people in. Only after another 15 mins did she disappear and reappear 5 mins later to say there was... More

Very good staff.. Friendly and talkative .. The lady Alexa and her colleague ( forgot his name) are very helpful.. Even the snubaman who apparently also is the bartender is very lively and slides the glass as he passes on your drink to u.. Too cool..;-)

My wife and I have been to Hawaii a couple times together. We've also been on a boat several times. So we planned ahead, her more than I because I'm ok with the ocean. It turns out that many other passengers did not plan ahead as the washrooms and mid-level deck were chalked full of sea-sick and vomiting passengers. Now,... More

We made the mistake of not booking a Molokini snorkel tour early enough, but the Lani Kai found room for us. That's both a plus (for us) and a minus (for those who booked early and expected less passengers). Boat was full, barely an empty seat to be found. That being said, crew was very friendly and helpful. We read... More

Great crew, great food and great value. Snorkels, masks and fins are provided but if you have your own mask and snorkel, I would suggest using your own. We did an afternoon trip which is only three hours vs 5 hours for the morning trip. That's because they rarely go to Molikini on the afternoon trip because it is usually... More

We went on a Molokini snorkel trip on Lani Kai. This charter was recommended by Snorkel Bob's and we are thrilled we went with their suggestion. The service was great. There was fruit, muffins, juice and coffee when we boarded. We went straight out to Molokini early before it became too crowded. All of the employees were very helpful and... More

Maui is expensive. It seems you can't do anything without spending a lot of money. This trip was a rare exception. We took a snorkel trip to Turtle Town which was very worthwhile and we saw several turtles. The food and drinks were plentiful and very good. The crew was fun, cordial and very helpful. - Highly recommended!

On our honeymoon trip to Maui we decided to go on the Lani Kai for snuba. I must say it was a wonderful experience. We saw sooooo many turtles, a sting ray and a the best - a huge whale. This whale was gigantic and it was 5 feet from our boat. The captain turned the boat off so that... More

My husband and I wanted to snorkel through Molokini Crater. Upon boarding we were not told if we were going to the Molokini Crater or the Coral Garden. We ended up in neither of those places. We headed straight along the coast and the captain found out that the snorkeling place we were heading was too cloudy. We turned around... More

This snorkeling tour was recommended to us by some friends who had gone to Molokini with this group. We booked the afternoon tour. The morning tour seemed a little too long for us. I had been told by the captain that they often do not go to Molokini in the afternoon because the water is too rough but the other... More
