Located at the Hyatt, it was about a mile walk or a short shuttle bus ride from our hotel near the Whalers Village in Kaanapali. We arrived early and had to wait about an hour but had very nice conversations with lots of people, many of whom were from a cruise ship in port. As the previous 2 nights were... More

We were fortunate enough to experience this Lu'au on September 20th, and it is the best that I have ever seen! It walks you down many cultures and the dance that was their culture. The food was fabulous with an open bar, and great service

This dinner show is well worth the price. Whether you are a couple on a special occasion or a group looking for traditional Hawaiian entertainment, you will not be disappointed. The servers are long time employees of Hyatt and will make sure all your needs are met. Come hungry, the buffet is large.

I thought the show was great. The lighting was very poor at the buffet line, often I couldnt see the name of the food item. There was plenty of food. The chicken was dry and tasteless. It was too dark for the dessert coffee line a well.

Service & food were very good. Show was hard to enjoy from General Seating. The waiting time to get seated was way too long.

Check in was at 530 and we didn't have to wit long to be seated. Bought 4 tickets for the standard searing due to the buy one adult ticket get a kid ticket free. The seats are perfect. I don't see what the difference was. We sat two rows from the stage. The entire show was excellent. The fire dancing... More

The luau was great! The dancers were very professional and entertaining. The costumes were beautiful and everything flowed nicely. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the food was just ok and I expected it to be as good as the show. Overall great experience and definitely worth seeing!

Talented musicians, singers, and dancers tell the story of Hawaiian Islands and ancient traditions. Well done and not to miss.
