First, the food was excellent! Next, the service was great! Especially the man that was sort of "over" the Lua. I have allergies, and he went out of his way to not only find the allergy sheet and assure that none of the foods were...More

Do not waste your time or money. Very unorganized, drove around looking for a place to park, no signs directing you where to park. Than walked all over the resort trying to find the Lua, again NO signs. Finally found a mile long line people...More

Tacky fake greenery stage & setting; meh performance that lacked passion and shameless up selling left and right. We did the math and they make $30g a night for absolute mediocracy. Look elsewhere for a luau

Don't waste your money! Been to Luai's and this had to be the worst. Sorry but it is true. Hostess, announcer, MC, whatever you call her, was talking like she was reading a script. This was tourist trap to the MAX.

Our party of four (two couples) visited the Hyatt to experience a special luau. We purchased VIP seating (which I highly recommend) which allowed us an open bar and preferential seating. The luau started with several introductory dances and a buffet style dinner. The food...More

It is close to the beach but you can not see the water when you sit at the tables. It is all open air but there is a hedge around the venue.
