I have been to around a half dozen luaus. This one is by far the best I have been to. It was extremely organized. It had multiple lines depending on the category you booked. Then a greeter came and helped you to your seat based on your place in line. They helped you find a seat. Unlike other luaus, which... More

The Hyatt provides a very nice show and buffet dinner for $54.99 each. We were not disappointed but we were not dazzeled. Finding parking was a bit challenging. As driver, I dropped our party at the hotel entry and went looking. One lot was full but did not indicate that. The line for the dinner and show (even with tickets)... More

The Hula dancers and musicians were great only wish I could a purchase a recording DVD or CD The food was over whelming I should have used some restraint or researched parrying of all the choices. We had a great time, thanks

Got VIP seats but ended up being too close to speakers--painful. Despite brochure, fire jugglers did not eat fire and the performance was ok. Food was above average and no one did anything wild like climb a tree and husk a coconut live, like in another Lu'au

Our third luau on Maui. Our family of five enjoyed once again the drums of the pacific luau. Kids especially enjoyed the fire dancers. I enjoyed the drinks and food. Beautiful way to spend an evening in Maui

After showing up on time got to stand in line for 30 minutes in hot sun waiting to be seated. Then it was waiting for server to bring you severely watered down drinks ...even beer was beyond weak. Show had some highlights but not what I expected interest was lost within first 30 minutes. Highlight was pig unearthing. Have been... More

All you can eat buffet featuring pork, grilled fish and chicken main dishes and a variety of fruits and desert. Open bar. The fire dance was amazing The VIP seating was the best value in my opinion. Close enough that I could feel the heat from the main course as it went by (Imu Kalua Pork)

Overall poor experience at this Luau. Very lacking in the Island feel. Food was average. Show was rather boring with the exception of the last 5 or so minutes during the fire knife display. Definitely would not return nor recommend to anyone.
