Quinn drove us on the road to Hana today! He was awesome! You can tell how passionate he is about this experience and wanted everyone to get exactly what they came for!! His stories were very detailed and fun to listen to! There’s no other way to do this excursion than to have an extremely skilled driver who can navigate the narrow roads and keep you entertained at the same time!! Thank you, Quinn - your new Texas friends!!

Hana Highway Guided Tour, amazing. We didn'participate in Swimming opportunities but others on our tour loved it!

We were fortunate to have Quinn as our guide. He was informative, VERY knowledgeable and kept things moving with a great sense of humor. The scenery was breathtaking, and although the roads were potentially treacherous Quinn’s driving was incredibly good and after a while you didn’t even have to think about the roadways and were just able to enjoy the scenery. This was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. The only thing I might have liked would have been maybe some introduction to our tour mates so you know who you are riding with. Of course that could have been on us as well. I would like a neighbor like him.

Road to Hana with Quinn

Quinn was our guide/driver on the Road to Hana Waterfalls tour. He was very informative, entertaining, knowledgeable and considerate! We saw beautiful sights and learned a lot of history about the area and culture. Quinn also provided helpful tips for picture-taking and preventing motion sickness. I loved that this tour also gave us the opportunity to see the back side on our return trip. Highly recommend the tour and Quinn!

On the travel voucher we got from Expedia it said "we pick up from all major hotels in kihei". When we called to set up our pick up Andrea said " we don't do that any more". The pick up time is 6:35am and the pick up location is 8.5 miles from world mark kihei. The 10 bus doesn't start near us till 6:30. Her suggestion. Get an uber. $30 more because rental cars are impossible right now. Her response "just go to Expedia and cancel." I know companies that pick up at world mark like valley isle excursions. At least once a morning a shuttle is in our lot. Don't use liers. Choose a company who cares about customer service and keeps their ads up to date.

Aloha, I am sorry you feel this way and I understand it can be very frustrating to accept our own mistakes. The only suggestion I can make here is to read properly and pay attention next time you book anything so you don't run into the same situation...

Great nature tour and Wonderful guide

We took Road to Hana tour after being told that driving on road to Hana is not advisable. Boy was that true! We could totally enjoy the picturesque and beauty of nature. Quinn was our tour guide. He had real indepth knowledge of all the places on the way. He was right on time to pick us, great narrative about multiple stops in the tour. Bannana bread shop, blac sand beach, waterfalls were some stops. Lunch was provided.

Taste of Maui--great tour

The Taste of Maui was an excellent tour led by the best tour guide ever! Neeva was knowledgeable and entertaining. We had a wonderful time and learned so much not just about the Hawaiian food but also about history and culture. When in Maui, call Stardust Hawaii for a fantastic tour.

The Best Tour Ever!!!

This was the most incredible tour!!! Our guide Andre was fantastic and the food experiences were amazing. Andre is so personable that it’s like having a family member show you their island. We learned so much about Maui, were able to support local restaurants and taste things we normally would not have had an opportunity to taste. This tour is a must for anyone visiting Maui. We would definitely do it again and again and again.

My family and I received extremely poor customer service through this company. There was an error through booking on the part of their agent, Andrea. We sat in their office waiting for them to help us through this problem and were instead told that it was our error and we needed to leave. Another man named John rudely spoke to us- taking no accountability for their actions. No workers would give us the name of the owner when asked. We understand that people make mistakes but we were more upset with how unprofessional the workers at Stardust were and how poorly they treated paying customers. It is unfortunate that due to the error of your company our family of 8 is out the $880 we paid for the trip and unable to go on our scheduled tour.

If the owner of this company can read these reviews please note that your employees verbally assaulting paying customers was not appreciated and training in customer service would do your company well.

There are numerous companies on the island of Mauii and therefor many other options than this company to do tours with. I would leave ZERO stars for the way this company yelled at my family on our trip due to their error and their un- professionalism.

Aloha, It is unfortunate that you feel this way. There was no error in your booking. You did not have the voucher in your possession, the voucher clearly explains requirements, restrictions, pick up point and duration of the tour. You arrived at the retail store with the print out from the website. You were in the wrong location. All of the resources were on the other side of the island. The retail staff calmly explained the situation and offered you an opportunity to reschedule the tour even though it was your mistake. You aggressively demanded to be put on a tour at the very instant when the activity was in Kahului and you were in Lahaina. You refused to accept any our options and refused to leave the retail store until your demands were met. Your demands were impossible and inconsiderate. Not only you were difficult to deal with but your position on this whole issue interfered with the daily operation of the retail store. The retail staff wished, they could have taken care of your family but you were unable to be worked with. Mahalo

Road to Hana Tour-Amazing!!

I dragged my late teen daughter out of bed for a 6am pick up- and about 1/2 way Through the day, she said this is a really fun day this is the best day so far! That’s a very high compliment coming from a teen by the way LOL.
This trip was amazing! Pauline is so experienced, knowledgeable, and just a really down to earth person. Not to mention, a great driver! The bus was super comfortable, plenty of bathroom breaks, photo ops, snacks ,lunch water. As you are going through any part of Maui on your way to the road to Hana, and while on the road to Hana, she gives you all kinds of history and information about the area.
We had had such a good time -could not have asked for a better day.

Worst Tour Ever!

Stay away from this company. I have seen many positive reviews of Rory, our tour guide, and I am amazed. Rory was the WORST tour guide we have ever had. He spent the entire time talking about himself and how great he was. I enjoy getting to know my guides, but to hear about him, the restaurant he is opening, how great he is, his weed growing/selling business, and all the other BS for 12 hours was way to much. We got more information about Maui during a 1 hour drive to the pineapple plantation than we did on this trip.

Also, he was constantly using his phone. He was searching the internet, pulling up pictures (of said restaurant), and sending messages while driving this road. We, along with others, asked him many times to put the phone down, but his reply was always the same, “ I can drive this blindfolded”.

Plus, he didn’t even stop at all the places we were promised and even asked about while on the trip.

Worst tour we had while in Maui, and one I wish we had never taken.
