What a phenomenal day! Mark was a wonderful guide - we saw so much sea life, and he was wonderful in working within our existing skill level. Would HIGHLY recommend this trip!

Mark was my tour guide for the Kayak & Snorkeling Excursion in May 2019. Mark was excellent in guiding us through the reef as to not touch it with our kayak or paddle. He gave us great information about Maui and the ocean. The kayaking and snorkeling was a lot of fun! I saw many sea turtles. The views were beautiful around us. Mark is a super nice person. Well worth doing this excursion.

My husband and I took a guided kayaking tour with Mark for 2 hours. He was fantastic! Energetic, knowledgeable, fun and helpful. He made our experience awesome! He knew exactly where to go so we weren't kayaking into the huge waves. He told us all about the animals too! We saw tons of whales (we chased them!), monk seals, fish and turtles! So fun! We felt very safe too. I'd bring extra sunscreen but they let me borrow some of theirs so my arms didn't fry. :0 They had cold bottles of water for us too! I'd highly recommend Maui Ocean Sports. Please make sure to tip your guides!!!!!! Plan ahead and bring extra cash.

We were really happy with this tour. We'd never kayaked before (thought we'd done some canoeing). The company is very laid back, and a bit hard to find in the 505 complex, but our guide, Mark was excellent. We had a small group, and he tailored it to what we wanted to do: seeing turtles, watching whales, simply drifting to soak in the scenery, and some snorkeling. We saw whales in the distance, two giant sea turtles up close (we actually snorkeled near them), and even a rare Hawaiian Monk Seal who playfully checked us out. We really enjoyed it. We were nervous never having done it, but loved it.
