Wonderful Hawaiian church

Beautiful church. Very welcoming and easy. My favorite part is the Tongan choir. It really has an aloha spirit. I go every time I'm in Maui and never disappointed.

While on vacation we like to visit a local church. While staying on Ka'anapali beach we decided to attend church on Sunday morning at Lahaina United Methodist Church. It was a beautiful service with a warm and friendly congregation. Everyone in church received a beautiful lei. It was the perfect way to start out our day exploring Lahaina.

A historical church which embraces all locals and visitors. Always a beautiful message. So worth visiting as it sits right across from Lahaina Harbor area. Take a stroll on Front Street after service and find Lillie hideaways like Sunrise Cafe for a delightful breakfast! Blessings to all as we are truly blessed to be here and to be here to... More

We attended the Easter service at 9:30 p.m. and arrived around 9:10 p.m. Upon walking up the steep steps we were welcomed and given leis, a really nice touch of hospitality. We entered the church and seats were almost filled. We found a bench with space for us...tightly packed. We had friendly bench mates who were members and told us... More

We try to go to church no matter where we are so we decided on this church. The view is great. The church is very pretty and the congregation is welcoming. Such a lovely time. They were very interested in their visitors and who would have known, there were many others there from our same town! It does not have... More

Very comfortable old Hawaiian church with beautiful breezes and amazing stained glass windows. Music is good. Tongan choir awesome. Short sermons. Good fellowship. Excellent Hawaii Aloha dismissal song sung by all.

When we pass by, services are all over. Still, this totally Hawaiian church stands as a landmark as it has for so many years. Recently, we passed by when the sign was being painted. In the past, we've passed by when the service concluded and all the service particiants were dressed in classic island garb, and then we have passed... More

My wife and I visited one Sunday with our three children. As mentioned by others, we were greeted with leis and a heart-felt "good morning". It was a privilege to be welcomed into this community and it was encouraging to hear an inspiring message about knowing Jesus in a personal relationship. What an impressive backdrop for this message. The Hawaiian... More
