Loved this place because of the warm hospitality, beautiful location, wealth of information on Hawaiian plantings in their gardens, Hawaiian decor, lei making, craft sales, breakfast buffets, hula and Hawaiian language lessons, friendly and helpful personnel, kukui bead tradition, restaurant and tiki hut offerings, and...More

Usually this beach is very calm but during our visit there were limited opportunities to get into the water because of waves and undertow. It is a very nice, clean beach otherwise.

Nice beach but our part (Marriott) was not very wide. Second visit there. Don't need to go to Black Rock. Just go straight out snorkeling and there are lots of fish. Turtles often lay in the sandy depressions between coral formations

Loved it. Family friendly. Great snorkeling and various water sports available. Water is the clearest I've ever seen.

We had a wonderful time at this beach we just laid out and have fun in the sun. The beach is very beautiful but… The sand was very hot on bearably hot so just run to the water.
