We come to Maui every December and for several years our favorite activity was the Queen Treasure sunset sail with Captain Brad and Linda Lou. To our great disappointment the Queen has stopped operating. She faced an uphill battle with a hospitality group that refused to recommend her due to an alliance with the Teralani. It was an unfair fight and we are so sorry she didn’t come out on top. The Queen was the better craft with a fantastic crew and the best sail on Maui. Hope very much to sail her again someday.…

I had booked Queens Treasure for my wedding reception coming up. I saw great reviews so felt confident booking back in February for a September date. I submitted my contract agreement back in Feb. and had been emailing back and forth with the lead for months verifying details of the trip until about 2 weeks ago when it came time to pay our deposit. I contacted her and the office in attempts to pay our deposit and everyone sounded very confused. They said our date was "flagged" but that the reservation hadn't been completed and we couldn't yet make payment. I was assured we would get a return call within 1-2 days. No one ever called. I emailed my contact person and she also never responded. I finally called the office to cancel due to lack of confirmation and lack of communication and was told that the boat was no longer even running and they had been "dealing with cancellations" for months. I told them that NO ONE had ever told us the boat wasnt running, or that there was a problem with our reservation. In fact, no one contacted me ever... i had to call not only to try and pay, but also to cancel, and also to try and figure out what the heck was happening to my planned event. Thankfully I was able to book elsewhere but I want to warn others who may be counting on someone for a wedding reception or group sail that Queens Treasure really truly left me high and dry in the last final moments... with not so much as a call or email. Really disappointing to say the least.…

This was a very nice sunset cruise. The crew was nice. The appetizers and drinks were good. The sunset was of course beautiful. The only complaint was that they left us off on the opposite side of where they picked us up due to winds which were obviously not their fault. But they way they handled us getting back to where we needed to go was poor and it was dark and we had to wait for them to get cabs for us which took forever - we ended up paying on our own to finally get back. The only downer of the trip. They should be better prepared. I'm sure this was not a one time deal with winds. …

6:30pm the night before scheduled sail, a message was left at our hotel. Due to insufficient numbers our tour will be cancelled. Do not waste your time and money on this "business" Of course this was our last full day in Maui. Did i mention this is our honeymoon! We now missed out on the chance to snorkel offshore. This company chose profits over people. Very dissapointed to say the least.…

Queens Treasure is a luxurious cat. The trip was the most memorable sailing adventure I've ever been on. It's spacious, the appetizers are fresh and the crew, Molly and Carrie, made our experience 5 stars. I enjoy having the shaded open cabin and seating is comfortable. Thanks Captain Brad for showing us West Maui Coastline from the best perspective.…
