Tough wind

Course in good shape for beach course but 169 a bit pricey for the conditions. Guess that's island golf

Played The Royal Course but don't let the spectacular views distract your attention from a great but testing course, especially when the wind is up

I've played These courses several times, and they were always fantastic. It was a little windy but fair, and the greens were rolling nice. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

First 3 holes and last 3 are not very interesting. Tee boxes are in bad condition, on many of them the Bermuda is being overtaken by cow grass. Rough is unforgiving but wife fairways. The greens are excellent and roll very fair. This could be a good to very good course but it needs a lot more care. Too bad.

My husband played the harder, more expensive course and said it was the best course he has ever played on (and the hardest). He said the views were amazing and the course was well maintained. If we had stayed longer, he would have played another day for sure!

If your going to play one of the two golf courses there, play the Royal. Nice course with beautiful back nine. Went out after 1 o'clock to get a better rate but winds do pick up in the afternoon. Very good value compared to the Kapalua courses. Was very pleasant track.

My wife and I played on both courses during the day. Our tee times were booked on line and were at a substantial discount over the rack rate. The pro shop personnel were warm and friendly. The outside service attendants were excellent We were able to play all 18 on the Kai course in the morning. We found the course... More

While it was a very hot day, and we were the only ones at the driving range. This was a fun activity for teenagers. The course was beautiful.

Kaanapali Golf Course has foot golf! You use a soccer ball and kick the ball to the tee. The tee is the size of a 5 gallon bucket. Great Fun! 9 holes was more than enough for us, but we all had a blast! Family, friends, kids of all ages will have fun.

Thank Marie S
