Nice cruise and GREAT crew!!

We had a lot of fun on this boat! The drinks were VERY good and the crew was really fun. Whale activity a bit down this year, but still a great day out on the water

We have done whale watching tours in Bellingham Wa and in Newfoundland and this is by far the best tour we have been on. The staff are excellent and the whales are plentiful! We were towards the last of the guests getting onboard and one of the staff suggesting taking a seat near the galley where the wetsuits are stored... More

Have been on this boat (now named Malolo) at least a dozen times over the past years. Better value than any other of the boats. Have been 2 for $30 since forever. Did a whale watch last week and a snorkel trip this week. Only complain is the low life people that try to sneak to the front of the... More

We had so much fun on this whale watch. The crew was so friendly and Captian Ed not only made us feel very safe but he had a great sense of humor. Drinks are cheap which is a plus on Maui where every thing is expensive. We were lucky enough to score a perfect non windy day and tons of... More

We recommend this outfit. Well organized, good explanation of the humpback whales and we got to see the whales close up many times. The price was even more reasonable than we expected. Four grownups and 2 small children.

Great whale watching adventure. Something I found out about all the various operations is, where do you go to pick up the boat and what is their destination. Pick a boat where the two points are closest, more time to watch whales. Our destination was very close to the dock. Within minutes we saw our first whale and the views... More

We have been on dozens of whale watch trips and at least 10 on the Frogman out of Ma'alea'a harbor. In the past there had been an onboard marine named Katie. She provided tons of info on whales and kept order on the crowd prior to boarding and on the boat. Unfortunately she did not return this year. What we... More

Boat not technically "accessible" but crew hoisted me aboard, saved me a rail-side seat, and Captain Alan kept rotating the ship when we were near whales (which was pretty much constantly) to ensure I always had something to see out MY side of the boat! Whale guide seemed to know her stuff; ship was fairly small so we got in... More

Yes, you get what you pay for ... and got nothing from this trip. The 2 for 1 whale watch was too good to be true We went, got soaking wet, wind never stopped, white caps prevented from seeing whales, had to return to harbor due to wind which took most of the time of trip to get back, and... More

We were on a afternoon whale watching trip. We hoped to get a little bit closer to the jumping whales that we saw from the beaches. Unfortunately we only sailed along the coast and did not get to the whales a little bit more outside of the sea. We only saw a mother whale with a junior whale. The little... More
