We checked out of the Sheraton midday and didn't have a flight home until 10PM. So we rented a beach cabana and scheduled a 4PM massage. We thought this would be a nice end to our vacation and would allow us to shower and get fresh before our flight home. We called ahead to ensure they have shower facilities. We... More

My husband and I went for a couples massages at the Black Rock Spa the day after we arrived in Maui. If you're not staying on the property, I would recommend giving yourself 15-20 minutes before your appointment just to find the spa since it is a massive property and the walk from the parking lot (We were later told... Aloha everyone! I have had several gifted massages in my life thus far and my expectations were high for The Spa at Black Rock. I was staying at this resort with my wife for the first time, and we wanted above everything to cross off a "bucket list" item of ours: a couples massage (especially one in MAUI). From the... More

I had a deep tissue massage by Jacob that was fantastic! The staff throughout the spa is helpful and attentive. Highly recommend.

Was here for a manicure and couples massage. Not a luxurious experience. More like going to massage envy. And my massage technique was odd. No locker rooms, plush robes or any amenities you would expect at a resort spa. Find somewhere else.

I'm a resident on Maui and my husband bought me a gift certificate to the spa for my birthday. From the time I phoned to book my appointment I was disappointed in the service quality. I called to get information on their treatments and felt like the person on the phone wanted to hang up as soon as possible. I... More

My husband and I went for two massages at Blackrock and were sadly disapointed. First, the massage tables were wood and creaked really loudly when we got on, the table was not set up properly and scared me when it adjusted itself. Second, the therapist I had did not listen to me when I said I liked light pressure. He... More

Best massages my daughter and I have ever had. Thank you Ann and Jennifer. It was such a beautiful experience being outside on the lanai listening to the waves.

I visited the Black Rock spa weekly during our two months in Maui. The people there are very friendly and my massage experience was wonderful. I left feeling like a new person. Yumiko is a wonderful massage therapist and Rachael is the sweetest and most helpful receptionist. Everyone at the spa is so professional and yet so kind and friendly.... More

My husband and I had kayaked the day before and thought a massage sounded awesome. We booked a couples massage for an hour. My masseuse specifically asked "do you have anything specific you would like me to concentrate on, any certain area that is bothering you?" I responded that I would like more attention paid to my back as we... More

Aloha Jen, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear of your recent experience and would like to speak with you. We checked our records and because the therapist was left a generous gratuity and no notes were found in the reservation about your dissatisfaction, I want to make sure we address this personally. Please call... More
