My wife and I had a great time during the ride. It takes about 2 hours including 2 stops. Both ride guides were awesome. The trail is bumpy with lots of blind turns. I recommend to take motion sickness meds if you are susceptible. We did our ride in September. It was dry and dusty. You will get dirty. Keep in mind if you ride in a group of four in the same vehicle only 3 will be able to drive the Razor. You can set h drivers at each of the 2 stops. There is also a tree planting at one of the stops.

Our family of 6 decided to try this ATV experience. We thought it would be ok but probably alittle slow. Since we all have driven 4 wheel ATV's for years I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. The trip did not disappoint. It was fun we moved right along the guides were awesome. FYI we all ended up very dirty so don't wear good clothes. I highly recommend the trip even if you have been on many 4 wheel trips. This was really fun!

We very much enjoyed this as a family activity on maui. Fun course, beautiful views and interesting facts about Maui - great guides. We would recommend you bring your own refreshments as nothing is included in the 2 hour tour and it is quite warm in drier part of Maui

2 hour tour included 3 stops to give other passengers a chance to drive. After the second stop, one group a few cars ahead of us got in a little incident and flipped their vehicle. Thankfully no one was hurt. Around 4-5 vehicles were behind that one and we waited around 30 or so minutes for the crew to help flip the vehicle back over. Once everyone was back up and running we thought we would continue with the tour but instead we all headed back to base. This 2 hour tour is pretty pricey and to have 30 minutes cut short from our tour is pretty disappointing. I understand that they may have other tours scheduled ahead but we were not even offered any sort of compensation.

We didn't appreciate getting yelled at by the front tour guide after the back tour guide told us to go a different direction. For $777 for a family of 4, you think they could have given you some water or a cocktail at the end. At that price, you think they could afford some helmet microphones and headphones to allow everyone to communicate better so riders don't need to get yelled at. Overall, it was a fun time, but we'll never go back.

We really enjoyed our ATV drive! Something different to do other than water sports while on Maui. Upon arrival, you show your drivers license and get your helmet and googles. After our safety briefing and some general instructions on the ATVs we were told to pick a vehicle. Joffrey & Eric were our guides and they were very nice and informative. We had 2 stops on our 2 hour drive. The 1st stop was to tell us about the pineapple plantation that had once been there and how the county is trying to restore the rain forest the plantation had removed. We even planted a tree to help with the reforestation. Maui Off Road along with 2 other tourist businesses are helping to plant the trees. A wonderful thing for them to be doing! Time to switch drivers if you are doing so. We drove for about another 50 minutes before stopping again near a reservoir for some more history of the area. Plenty of great photo opportunities at both stops. It was dry day but there is still mud on the road and it does fly around and get on you along with some dusty areas so be warned, you WILL get dirty. There are no bathrooms along the way or at the Maui Off Road so be prepared for that. It was a great adventure and we would do it again when on island.

Great trip overall with awesome views! The Honda off road ATVs are really nice and easy to drive on the rough mountain trails. Really liked the giving back to the environment by planting trees to help restore the natural habitat. Would suggest they make bottles of H2O available to the riders for the trip, as its a 2 hour hot and dusty ride. When I asked about the H2O they said it was because of Covid, but all the other excursions we were on offered us cold drinks (Whale watch, etc.).

All 7 of us had a blast driving well maintained Can ams through fun clay trails and mud bogs after it had rained the day before. It was also very educational on Maui’s past, deforestation for pineapples and the attempt to restore natives plants. It was great to be able to plant a few native species on one of the stops!

My wife and I had a great time with Maui Off road adventures. We had a nice group of guests on our tour, from all walks of life. From 8-77 years old. These state of the art Honda Quad ATV's, are designed to had the off road trails well. You need a guide not only to keep you on the right trail, but keep you from getting lost on the many older Maui Land and Pineapple trails. This has alot of different terrain, that keeps you on your toes, and fun is the name of the game...Be prepared to get dusty or muddy, and that's alot of the fun. Much of the land is only accessable by ATV or Helicopter.
I highly recommend this off road adventure. Good guides, plant a tree to give back on each excursion and have get your adrenaline going. Several hours of adventure and fun.

Kids had a blast driving and the older folks enjoyed the views and scenery from the passenger seats. We've been to Maui multiple times but it was really fun seeing a part of the island that we hadn't seen before. The changes in vegetation and climate as we climbed higher up into the mountainside was an interesting experience. The Maui Off Road employees were all extremely friendly and really appeared to enjoy sharing their trails with us.
