Great place for shopping. There is a ABC Store there with everything you need T shirts souvenirs and basic needs for a decent price. Mall is open air lots of shopping. Beware of the timeshare sales people very persistent.

This is exactly the kind of place that you expect to find at any tourist site. Lots of high end merchandise that you can buy anywhere in the world.

This very, very, small exhibit is located at the Whalers Village shopping centre and can act as a 5-mins distraction. There are 1 or 2 exhibits on display and the "museum" (I use the term loosely) is mainly aimed at encouraging awareness and funds for...More

Closed until further notice. Would have been interesting. Whaling played a large role in 1800s Hawaii. Today whales still migrate to the islands to give birth before heading north again. Whale watching tours abound on all islands.

There is a bus system on Maui. Check there website to see what the routes and schedules are. I don't know if they plan to have the museum rebuilt by then. It is currently a pile of dirt. The shopping is higher end shops.
