People are commenting on the Bait and Switch tactics, however we had already rented equipment from our hotel for the day previously and so had an idea of what the prices should run. They do offer cheap equipment if that is what you want, BUT we were still able to rent their top of the line equipment for the entire... More

This place is the perfect example of bait and switch. They try to lure you in with cheap prices advertised and then when you try to find out more info, they tell you those prices are for the bare bones equipment/snorkel tour, etc. Seriously, don't waste your time and money with these people.

After snorkeling in the Caribbean, the Great Barrier Reef, the South Pacific, THIS was the best snorkel trip ever. Went out on a zodiac with Capt. Stephanie who found the FIRST pod of whales migrating to Maui. We watched for 20 minutes or so before heading to Lanai for snorkeling. Great location, spectacular fish and coral, enough time in the... More

Made our reservation for a snorkel trip with Curtis. On Nov. 17th we took the less expensive trip as the "frills" were not important to us. I appreciated that there was no pressure to "upsell" to a more expensive trip. The crew was very good and courteous. We thought the captain and Alex were particularly good. High winds kept us... My husband, son and I went on the snorkel trip to Molokini and Turtle Town. My husband is fearful in the water, but the crew made sure he had proper equipment, knew how to use it, and that someone was looking out for him. We saw so many interesting creatures at both locations. It was a blast. We would all... More
