We had a great trip with Mike and Aaron as our guides. They pick you up pretty early (our pick up time was 2:30, but it varies depending on your location), and drive you up to the top of the Haleakala crater. They've done this long enough, they know to get you there early so you get a great stop... More

Mike and Aaron were our guides and they did an excellent job. They made our whole experience so much fun and made us feel so safe as we cycled down the volcano. Top job. The trip itself is excellent. Be prepared for a very early start (pick up at 2.45am) and for it to be VERY cold at the top... More

This was our second trip to Maui so we didn't have a lot of excursions planned. Just wanted to relax on the beach. However, a good friend of mine recommended I do the Sunrise/Mountain Bike Tour so I inquired with my friendly hotel concierge at Grand Wailea-Napua Tower and they recommended Bike It Maui. (Also see my hotel review for... More

This was an amazing experience & I highly recommend it. Mike and Aaron were our tour guides and they did a great job at making sure we were all safe and comfortable from beginning to end. The sunrise was beautiful and the Mike helped us get some really good photos. The bike down was great, knowing that the van follows... More

Rodney and Mark picked us up at the Westin Kaanapali at 2:30am. From the start, Rodney was hilarious and super accommodating. You MUST bring winter jackets, gloves, scarves, etc. Windy and about 35 degrees at summit. And you're waiting for the sunrise for a couple hours. Rodney and Mark were sure to find us the perfect spot to view the... More

Great experience with awesome guides Mike and Aaron. No Sunrise but the bike ride down the mountain from Haleakala Crater was fantastic. Highly recommended, worth getting up early! Those guys make it special.

We were picked up at the Hyatt on Kaanapali Beach at 2:30am and about 45 min. later they stopped in Kahului at a gas station to use the restroom and buy snacks. We arrived at the top of Haleakala about 5:30 am. It was 50 degrees and they had warm coats, gloves and hats for those needing them. After watching... More

Pick up was at 2 am, we were quite woozy and sleepy. Rodney our guide was so chirpy! And with superman socks (with a cape) the trip was smooth we stopped for coffee and he got us the best place for the sunrise. The bike ride down the carter was superb. Breakfast was scrumptious. Over all a must do activity.

This was a wonderful experience ...I highly recommend it for anyone interested in seeing a beautiful sunrise followed by an exhilarating coast down the mountain. Our guide Mike was very knowledgable and helpful. He had enough warm weather gear to keep us warm at the top of the mountain and enough experience to get us down the mountain safely. The... More
