A bit of a long drive but worth it. Some great views on the way. And at the end of the drive... A great place to see the view, play a few games, stretch your legs, use the rest room, relax, maybe get a bite to eat, or enjoy a taster tray of wine. Many interesting things in the gift shop and some very cool Christmas presents for the folks back home. Great info on the rise of the wine industry on Maui. We did not continue on the road, this was the point where we turned about.

We loved visiting this winery! The tour was nice and we enjoyed trying the wines from Hawaii. Pineapple wine is very different and a unique experience. I would recommend going and sitting on the porch with a glass of wine and admiring the views. You will remember this place forever!

So Sandre and I just could not find the place. We went roung a lot looking in kula for the wine sign but there wasnt any or we didn't see them. Kuala is a long ways from the beaches but so worth it fir the drive, the mauwine place was just behind those big trees so don't forget!! Tallest trees i have seen but i'm from nebraska born and raised so that isnt sayng much i guess! Met a rather reserved gentleman (pictures below ) when you walk into the wine cabin you can do the wine tastings. I like the desert wine and sandre drank a little bit too even though we both know its wrong to not spit it out. You can't walk leave the cabin porches so we sipped and talked about trees and i said intreeguing and Sandre was complaining about no wifi (she was WINING, anyone? ◡̈)but she had a good time otherwise. Actually she said the womensroom is very very clean and that is rare for her to say that believe me so take the compliment! Overall, we want to both come back here... and soon!!! Thanks for the memories! Please give your regards to the vinter for us

We cut our vacation short due to global health concerns. Stopped by winery to grab a couple bottles for home before heading to airport. One of the employees at tasting bar was rude and clearly did not want our business. I would recommend that the winery either close or not assign this employee to work with customers if tourist business is not needed or wanted at this time.

Got stuck in a torrential downpour enroute to Maui wine. So rainy we couldn’t see in front of us which made the already twisty road a little difficult to drive. Once we got there the rain continues to pour but fortunately no rain in the winery! This honestly became a highlight of our trip - it was so warm and welcoming with attentive staff to fill you in on the unique and delicious wines. Had the tropical flight and were able to wander around and return to the bar for the next glass. The sparkling pineapple wine was our favourite. Really excellent way to spend a rainy afternoon.
