Kula Maui is "up county" at about 4000 feet above sea level. The road up to Haleakala Park is very near the Lavender Farm so there will always be a lot of tourists stopping in at the Ali'i Kula Lavender Farm. The terrain is steep but paths and lanes wind through the property which is rich in all sorts of... More

Beautiful little farm with a wide variety of lavender plants and fruit trees. Take the tour and you will learn all about the many varieties of lavender. Who knew there were so many. Very nice tour guide and little gift shoo

We decided to visit the Lavender Farm after viewing the sunrise on Mount Haleakala. It was near enough that it was open after finding breakfast The grounds were pretty We weren't there at a time a tour was offered so maybe if we went on the tour we would have found it more interesting. We did a self-guided tour It... More

Stop on the taste of Maui farm tour. Beautiful farm, enjoyed trying the scones and lavender tea while browsing in the gift store.

A nice way to cool off from the heat and take in beautiful views and scenery. What's in bloom changes with the seasons but there's always something to enjoy. Admission is only $3.00 per person. Check their website or some of the local ad magazines. They sometimes offer reduced or free admission. The terrain throughout is hilly and uneven. Be... More

The Lavendar tea and scone at Alli'i Kula Lavendar Farm is excellent. The visit to this farm was well worth the drive. As you ascend higher into the clouds the beauty becomes enchanting. It was raining when we arrived an hour before it closed and because of the rain we didn't have to pay the admission charge. There are so... More

It was a nice thing to do in upcountry and beat the heat. Pay $3 per person for parking and pack a lunch. There was a scavenger hunt for children which was fun . I enjoyed relaxing and taking in the fragrant air while my 8 yr old worked on the scavenger hunt. The views and photo ops were wonderful.... More

We have been here many times and it doesn't get old. The views are worth the visit alone. You can see both sides of the island of Maui at once. The giant proteas are so unusual. They bloom larger than a persons head. The lavender, finally, is in full bloom during summer. It is a peaceful wonderful stop along the... More

Perhaps we are just weary of the general overpriced nature of Maui, but since we pre-purchased a tour ("discounted online advanced purchase" @ $10 each) and lunch ($26 each), it was off-putting to (also) be charged $3 per person to park. It shouldn't have overshadowed our visit, but did leave a bad taste in our mouths. Speaking of taste, the... More
