All of the Kamaole Parks are great. All have lifeguard stations and the swimming is excellent. Good parking nearby.

We watched the sunset at this lovely beach in Kihei. Many people gathered there to watch the sun drop down and then we all sat relaxing as the sunny day have way to darkness. In the distance we could hear people blowing the conch to...More

Great walking beach close to all Kihei condo resorts. Street parking is handy and restaurants and stores are across street and within walking distance. Have lifeguard station and restrooms. Tree shaded grass area great for picnics. Surf is good for young people just learning.

Kamaole II has limited parking, which is good in that it is less crowded, but bad if you can't find a spot. There is a good reef formation to the south, but the swim out can be tough for little ones or those who are...More

Great place to park your chairs, walk for miles along the waterfront and watch turtles swim by. Great cinnamon buns and coffee just across the street for a sweet brunch.

During our recent holiday vacation, we stayed in South Kihei. Kama’ole Beach Park II has great scenic view for sunset. It is always clean. It is a great place to have picnic as well. Recommended!

Such a lovely beach. Easy to park. Set up your bamboo mat or chairs ...and walk straight into the ocean. Almost immediately you can see an excellent variety of tropical fish and sea turtles. Showers and shade just off the shore too.

This park was across the street from where we stayed on our visit - comfortable - easy access - to great watching of surfing on this island. Very popular for paddle boarding and surfing - not the finest of beach.

Good snorkeling at both ends, boogie boarding sometimes when wind and tide are right. Saw turtles most days

There are water showers to wash the sand off of you (they are located outside though), but no, there are no beach chairs. You have to bring one from your resort (if they provide one).

There isn't a charge to use any of the beaches on Maui. If you are not staying at a place on the beach, look for a public access area.
