PADI Dive Resort,established in 1970; small groups offer personalized service with aloha ( "We know where the critters are!"); Daily Introductory Dives (Intro dives count toward certification); guided reef dives; PADI certifications; underwater scooter dives on the the "hands free" Apollo AV2 Scooters; Night dives and boat dives too. We are at a beachfront location on the border of Wailea and Kihei. The waters here are calm and clear; the inside reef is excellent for beginners and the outer reef makes for epic scooter diving! We are also mobile and can dive up to six different sites including Keawakapu Reef, Turtle Town, Five Graves, Wreck of the St. Anthony, Maluaka Reef, The Landing Craft, The Tank and the westside beaches if Ka'anapali! Owned and operated by Diana and Tim Madaras , both PADI INSTRUCTORS and industry professionals since 1990. Check website for weekly "Critter of the week report". AMAZING dive! We went with Tim on the scooter shore dive and it was one of the best dives we’ve done - and we’ve done 90+ dives combined. Tim had a high-definition camera with great photos and videos after the dive. Highly recommend diving with Scuba Luv!!

This is a very small family operated business. You will get very personal attention and not feel like your part of a huge cattle call. That is what I like in a dive company. A lot of personal handholding and answering every question I had.
Tim took me and a couple of guys out on the reef from the shore with scooters. Really a great experience. When we we were done, quite a surprise, he sent us fantastic pictures and a few videos he took during the dive with no additional charge.

My 16 year old daughter and I spent two days with Tim completing our PADI certification. Beginning with the planning and online work, the Scuba Luv team was fantastic, timely in responding, and letting us know exactly what to expect. Our time with Tim in the water, and on land, was really great. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and really fun to work with. His expertise in both diving and teaching was obvious. I could not recommend this any more - it was FANTASTIC!!!

All the advantages of a big company with the family warmth. That’s the experience I had with Diana and Tim. I was not planning to scuba dive and didn’t bring my certification card but they were able to find my records in less than 6 hours! Diving with Tim was like spending time with an old friend. The dive was fantastic and Tim took amazing photos to immortalize that wonderful experience! I absolutely recommend them and I’ll definitely dive with them every time I go to Maui!

We did a two tank dive at Molokini crater and it was amazing, 100+ viz. Birch and captain Mark took care of us and made sure we were safe. The first dive was very relaxing with relatively calm surge and current but then it picked up towards the end. Birch made sure we stayed closed and away from danger. During the boat re-entry they gave us many pointers on how to avoid any problems with the ladder, gear, etc. During the surface interval there were snacks, cookies, coffee and drinks to replenish. For the second dive conditions got a bit more choppy, however we were able to go down and enjoy and get back to the boat safely. Before each dive there was a detail briefing going over the wildlife we were going to see and then characteristics of the site. Then the boat ride back to the pier was relaxing and quick. I will definitely dive with Scuba Luv again when I go back to Maui.

The dive was pretty poor. It was my first dive in a year. The mask kept riding up and was causing me issues. My air was low before the dive was done and it was challenging getting the instructors attention that I needed to go up. It was disappointing that the instructor barely looked back to see how the divers were doing. When she asked how my dive was at the end of the tour I told her about my mask and she was surprised. If she looked back at all I’m sure she would have noticed that I was having issues with it. It was honestly the worst dive experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this company.

We regret you had a bad experience on one of the dive boats. I do not have a record of your booking nor do we have any female Instructors. Besides shore dives we sometimes offer dive trips on the local boats. Your review should be re directed to the dive boat management, not Scuba Luv.If you can remember the name of the vessel I can lead you in the right direction and you can repost your review to the proper dive operator.

If looking for a Scooter dive in Wailea then ask for Tim at Scuba Luv. My wife was nervous about her dive as it had been a while since her last dive and Tim was beyond amazing. Took his time to make sure she was comfortable before heading off on the scooter. Highly recommended!!!!

I am a certified diver who visited Maui with 4 people brand new to diving. We connected with Scuba Luv Maui for an introductory dive. We all had an amazing time. Our instructor Scuba Steve (not the owner) has great patience and a calm demeanor that is very reassuring. Steve clearly explained and demonstrated the basics of diving and had us under water in no time. We had so much fun that we booked a second dive 2 days later.

We did a shore dive with Steve (not the owner I believe) on March 10th in Kihei at Keawakapu Beach. We are not very regular divers, this being only our 7th dive, and 2nd shore dive, but Steve was absolutely great. Super helpful and patient. There was no rush at all, and we loved getting back underwater to experience that wonderland with him. So we definitely wanted to write a review that would get back to him. Thanks for an excellent time and it was great to meet you.

I went out today with is my girlfriend for an introductory dive in Maui. These guys are absolutely the most amazing people to dive with. If you’re looking for an intro dive, scooter dive ,refresher course, or any other kind of scuba dive; I can definitely tell you 1000% these guys are the people you want to use in Maui. We Loved every minute of it and we had one of the most amazing experiences of our life's underwater I’ve ever dreamed of having. If you’re looking to do something in Maui you must contact these guys. I wish there was six stars to write these

Hello. My daughter is 32 years old and has been certified with PADI since 1999. She has dived over 100 dives but her last dive was 4 years ago. Will you take her diving?
