My husband and I have been on a lot of dive boats and this experience has been the best. They totally went out of their way with the breakfast, lunch and snacks. Plus extra amenities like towels, reef safe sunscreen and even one of those cool eucalyptus washcloths after the second dive. Good equipment. The team was super professional and did everything for us so all we had to do was jump in the water. Special shout out to Jack and Isaiah and Mark and Gil for our four dive trips! Appreciate everything y’all did to make this awesome.

Nope. My daughter and I wanted to go on a shore dive. We are both certified divers though she is a junior diver and still new. We asked them about shore dives we had heard would be chill for us. They said we would find what we were looking for and got us all set up with rental gear. When we arrived at the spot there was a swell and no visibility. Same thing happened the following morning. We spoke with other shops and learned that everyone on island indeed knew that the swell would mean no shore diving and everyone had cancelled dives. They sent us out with full gear and charged us for everything knowing that it wasn't going to be good. At each site locals advised us of the dangers and there were no divers in the water. When we returned with full tanks the shop did not provide a refund. I know they can't control the waves but to send out a junior diver and her mom without any mention of potentially dangerous conditions and no offer of a refund certainly doesn't speak well for a dive shop.

A true valet dive operation. The meals and snacks were on point. Especially recommend if you a a newbie diver or a lazy veteran. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Rented a jeep from them for a Saturday Road to Hana trip, was supposed to pick up at 8am. I called on Thursday confirming and seeing if we could pick up at 7am on Saturday when they opened... they then said we couldn’t get it until 10am. Went to pick it up on Saturday at 10am and they told us we were supposed to have it on Friday at 10am. They did not even call on Friday asking if we were picking up the keep. Completely disappointed with this company and their book keeping. Will NEVER support this business again.

Due to the south swell an poor visibility we were unable to dive Five Caves so we opted to do Mala Pier and Black Rock. Johnny was a great dive leader. So nice to get tips from a professional dive photographer. Lots of turtles and sharks at Mala. Also saw my first Tritons Trumpet. Black Rock current was a bit heavy but still a great dive. Surprised by 6ft white tip reef shark just off the wall.
