What a little gem. I learned a lot about Maui’s history. It has a great deal of info about the Maui Marines, The Fighting 4th. Don’t miss this historical informative place.

I came on a Saturday at noon. The museum was not open. Also, it's been moved to the second level, contrary to some directories. Looks interesting from the outside.

The museum was all right; it was quite small, and after looking around, I didn't feel as though I learned anything new. But if you don't have much familiarity with Hawaiian history, it'll give you a brief rundown. The most disappointing part was the difficulty...More

The curators love their subject and it shows in their passion and knowledge of their subject. As a totally free museum this is worth it's weight in gold!

Interesting place for a museum. Packed with information about Maui and Hawaii in general. Things galore to buy, but most are quite expensive.
