A lot of these reviews seem a little misleading. First, I didn’t see anything about promised long pants or gloves - just jackets, which they did provide. And you’re going 10,000 feet above sea level at 5am - it’s going to be cold!! We went...More

Yes of course, it's cold at 10,000 feet above sea level, but when your website advertises pants will be provided, and "we don't do pants anymore, they get caught in the bicycle chains." as your family is standing in shorts!. It was 27 degrees that...More

One of the things we wanted to do is to ride bikes down the volcano Haleakala and see the sunrise. We heard it was spectacular. We used Mountain Riders as the company to help us do that. The morning of the ride, a nice air...More

I purchased two sunrise PreDawn tours on a Friday June 29 for Sunday July 1st. I received no information as to where or what time to meet the company so I emailed asking them. The response I received was that the tour had been canceled...More

The $120 "Pre-dawn" ride makes it seem like you will be on the sunrise side of the mountain, just not as high up as the $250 mountain top ride - that's not true - you are on the west side of the mountain. I would...More

Overall a pretty good tour. Views were awesome at the top but it's a little cold, no a lot cold! Tour provides jackets so helps tremendously. Bike ride was awesome, being all downhill not much pedaling. Views were great but wish we stopped a few...More
