We rented 2 bikes for 3 days and they were the highlight of a 2 week vacation!
Errol lead us on a “Bucket List Ride” up the Haleakala Volcano followed by a great ride through the Maui Upcountry.
Also gave us great advice for doing the Hana loop on our own with all the details of what to expect.
Errol has all the gear you may need. Just bring proper footwear and pants of course.
Errol is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to riding the island and where you should go.
Thanks for great time!

I actually did two different moto experiences in two days. The first day Errol set me up with a CRF 250 (fairly new like 1100miles) which turned out to be a good fit for the Hana Dual Sport ride. This was a tour led by the owner Errol, we had a blast. On this full day ride through four different eco systems, twisty pavement to dirt roads before a great lunch in Hana and then past waterfalls and pools before arriving back at his shop. We departed 9:30 returned at about 4 pm.
The second day I was thinking of renting the CRF again to explore some dirt roads on my own. Errol suggested switching to a street bike and heading up Haleakala. Again, Errol chose a great bike for me which was (like new) plotted a route and had an amazing road ride on one of the best twisty roads in the country! Sea level to ten thousand feet above the clouds on excellent pavement. It gets cold at 10,000 feet glad I packed a light jacket.
Overall, from the communication, choice of bikes (listen to the owner he knows which bikes are best for the island-I did and was glad) and the options of straight rental or tour this is a great outfit!
Thanks Errol hope to ride with you next year

My husband and I rented 2 bikes for approximately 4.5 days. Had a great time exploring most of the major loops on the island. We can only confirm the excellent reviews of others on here. Errol is very friendly and were very accommodating. He has lots of local knowledge and great advice. Highly recommend renting from Maui Moto Adventures, they will sort you out with whatever you need and set you up in the best way for the type of adventure you are after, being it guided or self guided.

No problems at all with the bike. (Nov25-Nov29, 2021)

Errol and Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Very personable and professional.

Rent for 5 days and you will get all the best twisties, views, back roads you can handle.

From my experience... you can't go wrong going with "Maui Moto!"

Errol was awesome, and the bike I got- a 750 Harley with like 2000 miles on it… worked perfectly. Errol is a small local business, dad, super helpful, and his business has survived through Covid- he is a great host and loves sharing what he knows. I got in 3 great rides, and would love to do more.

This place is top notch! Errol's knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. He took great care of us from the beginning to end. We had an absolute blast riding our high performance and comfortable bike all over the island. Best motorcycle shop on Maui hands down!

It was a bit shaky at first but all of the fellas that helped me were great. The place was a bit off the beaten path in more of a locals area. so not anywhere near town. But its Hawaii so we are talking like 20 minutes from the airport and 45 minutes from where we were staying in Kaanapali. There was a bit of a mix up with my bike, they made it work though and I ended up with a KLR. That ended up being the perfect bike for this trip.

I took the road to Hana and continued all the way around the island. It was a full day and I started running out of daylight but Man oh Man was it worth it. I had a really great time. Would highly recommend these guys. It was easy in and out. There was not much there to speak of but it absolutely covered all of the essentials. You can tell this is what these fellas do.

Being one of the first customers in 2013 Where I gave a race review, I was disappointed at the upkeep on the KLRs. We rented 3 bikes 2 KLRs and a Honda. Both rear tires on the KLRs were in need of changing and would not pass inspection. We reluctantly went anyway and While on a long descent my rear braked failed almost causing a crash. On the same descent the front braked failed on the other KlR. Once we were on level ground for a while both brakes magically came back which is a clear indicator of a fluid level issue. Don't assume these bikes are thoroughly inspected before each ride. My gas tank also leaked around the cap which I didn't notice until far into the ride.

Attn: ADV riders! This is an honest review of Maui DuelSport. My wife and I were planning a trip to Maui and thought we would like to ride and camp out on the island. I came across Maui Duelsport on a google search and was very impressed by the website. I talked with Mike on the phone and explained what my wife and I would like to do. We needed bikes and camping gear for three days of exploring. He said he normally just rents out bikes but was confident he could take care of us. Weeks later we arrived on the island from the Pacific NW and decided to go to Maui Duelsport to check it out. To be honest I was expecting a big flashy place of business with all sorts of unnecessary overhead expenses. Maui DuelSport is located in a small business mall that was converted from an old cannery in Pawella, a small town close to Paia on the NE side of the island. Mike was working on one of his bikes as we entered the garage style door. I introduced myself and a greasy firm handshake verified that this is a man that I knew his word was as good as gold. We were concerned that the weather would not be as good for our scheduled rental and Mike was able to reschedule for us later in our trip. Mike set us up with a KLR 650 and a DR650 for my wife. He had panniers installed for us and camping gear to boot. Mike gave us great advice on where to camp around the island. This was the highlight of our trip. Riders should go to Mike instead of renting a Harley. We were able to navigate all the way around the island in areas that are labeled as the most dangerous roads with ease. Waking up to the waves crashing was incredible. I will do this again. Maui Duelsport is a small business that provides big adventure.

Trip was good but could have been great. GoPro was broken so no video, electric start on my KTM and twitchy fuel injection was a PITA during our ride. Daas and Mike were great hosts, but Mike never did send me any of the pictures he took on his phone of our group despite me sending him a bunch of reminders. I think the bikes could use a bit more maintenance to keep them up. The guys were excellent I will say that, just not super organized.
