Keeping our traditions alive and welcoming visitors to Hawai'i with fresh flower lei greetings. Since 1982, we’ve continued to be Hawai‘i’s most popular flower lei greeters. Ali‘i Greeting Service is a multigenerational family business, owned and founded by local Hawaiians born and raised in the islands. Our top priority is to keep our culture alive. By sharing our traditions with visitors, we perpetuate and preserve a part of our culture. We value the opportunity to provide guests with their first of many memorable experiences they will encounter here in the islands.

My family was thrilled with their surprise leis at the Honolulu airport! I had this last minute idea of doing the lei greetings the night before my family left for Hawaii and started searching the Internet. I had tried 5-6 with either no availability, did not answer phone or wanted 3X the $$ for the exact same leis and added a $50 late booking surcharge. Finally I found Ali'i Greeting Service and their easy to use online ordering. It did say they could not guarantee availability with last minute bookings but I decided to try and got online confirmation. Early the next morning they emailed to confirm that it was this same day (yep!) and the flight number.
After a 10 hour flight my family was surprised by the friendly greeter at baggage claim (other companies wouldn't do greeting as a surprise) and received orchid leis, the nut one, and candy leis for the kids. They were so excited.
I highly recommend this company for great prices, great product, excellent communication and great service.

After a long flight it was great to be welcomed with a warm Aloha smile! Our greeter was very helpful and took us to baggage claim and also made sure we were able to locate our shuttle service as well. We ordered standard and tuberose leis and they smelled great and we very fresh. Perfect way to start your vacation in paradise!!

Excellent service and beautiful leis!! Our greeter was right where they promised us with a sign with our names. He greeted us with the best Aloha and was so helpful. Unfortunately I do not remember his name but went over and beyond to help us. After taking pictures with our leis he directed us to baggage claim and even helped us with our luggage. What a great way to welcome us to the island!!

Our greeters name was Dylan!
We had been informed that the greeters would usually be just outside of the baggage claim area, however Dylan was stationed just outside of our gate. We actually ended up almost walking right past him! But when we introduced ourselves he treated us like Ohana and welcomed us to the island. He asked us about our flight and what kind of activities we were planning to do on the island. Not only did he give us a warm welcome he also showed us to the baggage claim, helped us get our luggage off the trolley, and personally walked us to our Shuttle Bus.
The whole time it was like we were talking to an old friend. He introduced us to every worker along the way. Some of his co-workers with Ali'i Leis, and even the Robert's Hawaii Representatives who would be taking us to our hotel. You could really tell he liked his job and liked the people he got to interact with. Absolutely a wonderful way to start our vacation!

Greeter was very friendly. She made my family feel special when they were being lei. The kukui nut lei my family will remember on this trip.

We received a beautiful fresh lei. The greeter was super friendly and very helpful. She made sure we knew our baggage claim and directed us to the car rental tram to make sure we knew how to get our rental car. I have used this company many times and always had Awesome experiences!

I am really bummed to have to write a negative review but I am super disappointed with this company. I bought this to surprise my family and our flight was cancelled the morning of. I tried to call the company but they "are not currently accepting calls" - WHAT? I sent them an email, and no response. It seems like really bad customer service if you cannot update the company of last minute changes (especially when it was the airlines that forced your plans to change.) Based on current airline reschedule and cancellation frequency, I would not recommend this company, due to their lack of communication.

I was excited to come back to Hawaii for the first time to where I was born, so I wanted to do everything. My parents always received leis when they came in the 60’s, and I wanted the same experience so I purchased this.
The leis were pretty but only lasted 2hours before wilting horribly. We were met by someone and they gave them to us and said welcome but that was it. I did ask questions as to what they would recommend doing and they gave suggestions but for the price of this service, I feel like it was not worth it.
I should have brought my own leis from when I was a child and would have been as satisfied.

There was suppose to be a person there for each person there was 4 ladies that was suppose to have a person with their name tags but there wasn’t. I paid for each person to have there name welcoming them to Maui but I was the only one. So shame on you
