Get the banana bread!
May 2021
Halfway to Hana is a road side stand on the road to Hana. It is just a really cute stand ran by some very nice ladies. The banana bread is a must eat! We purchased two of them. We ate one on the tour bus and the other we ate on the beach in the morning for breakfast. So yummy! It was just a great respite when driving on that long winding road.

stop here!
Apr 2021
This place is advertised by many if you ever take the road to Hana. The signs were clear so we didn't miss it and they had a great selection. We tried and the banana bread and died over their pineapple smoothies! Glad we stopped there.

Amazing! (Road to Hana)
Nov 2020 • Couples
When taking the road to Hana there are a few places to stop. But Halfway is the only place you will need to go! Wonderful people! Everything you need! Hot food, ice cream, drinks, and snacks! Also.... wait for it..... homemade beef jerky and banana bread(it was still warm coming from the oven when we got it🤤)!!! My wife and I plan to come back to Hawaii in a few years to bring our family and show them this amazing place! Thank you guys for such a memorable experience on the road to Hana!

Great banana bread and brownie. Service...meh.
Mar 2020
Great banana bread and brownies. Two ladies at the counter trying to take orders from about 20 people getting off the tour vans. Both ladies were trying to multi-task, without success. I turned to ask my daughter what flavor of shave ice she wanted, and, when I returned to tell the lady, she was taking the order of someone else. Not good. But, your banana bread rocked!

Best Pineapple smoothie ever
Feb 2020
Great stop for refreshments I got the coconut icecream and my husband got the mint ice cream which were both tasty. Our son got the pineapple smoothie which was beyond wonderful. Fresh with small chunks of pineapple...yum. Wish I would have ordered it myself.

Banana bread/Burger
Feb 2020 • Couples
We bought one loaf of banana bread and a hamburger. The bread was delicious but the burger was disgusting!!! I'm not even sure it was real meat, two bites and into the trash it went. Never ever buy a burger here.

After the Hana drive, the visit to the Plantation, we stopped in on the return Great place for a brief stop. Employees were friendly and helpful. Restroom was clean. We didn't eat but the smell of the food was tempting.

Breakfast on the Road to Hana
Jan 2020 • Solo
It’s a little shack on the road to Hana, but you can pick up coffee and real treats on your trip to Hana. They sell awesome banana bread and macadamia and chocolate treats. It’ll set you up for the morning. That and super coffee.

You have to try their cold coconut water and banana bread. I tried their ginger candies and I loved them too.
The ladies behind the counter were super friendly.
