No instructions provided on how to get tickets, where to park, where to go. After the 20m bus ride to get the the Jeep rental, they neglected to mention the police are very aggressive. Two members of our party got speeding tickets. Finally on the return bus ride to the harbor

Response from LostonLanai, Owner at Lost on Lanai
Responded Mar 22, 2020
Aloha, Because of your post and our communication with you on the day of your Jeep Rental we have taken the time to research your Booking before responding. This is what we found: • We cannot confirm that you received a follow-on info and directions email. Apologies, we are not sure why you did not receive it. We setting up an additional report with our email service Sendgrid to help us flag undelivered or unopened messages in the future. • However, we did send you your morning reminder Text. Copy included below. • You did call us the morning of your reservation after the reminder text was sent. Via two calls we gave you detailed directions to the Wharf Parking Lot and to the Expeditions Ticket Booth. We ended the call with the reminder to call us if we could be of any additional assistance during the day. o Again, we apologize that you did not receive the follow-on info email. However, you did receive instructions and directions via both the reminder Text and our phone conversations. • The Shuttle Service’s logbook indicates they arrived at the Harbor to drop passengers for the 4:30pm ferry and pick up passengers from the 4:00pm arrival between 4:05-10pm. o You arrived at the Harbor in a timely manner as the Ferry arrives at approximately 4:00pm and departs at 4:30pm. In closing we apologize that you did not receive your follow on-info and directions email. In these difficult times we extend our Aloha and Best Wishes to you and your family for Health and Safety. We used Lost on Lanai for our visit to the Lanai Cat Sanctuary. We just went to their website and picked our day and time. They obtained our boat tickets and provided a van to take us from the dock to the Cat Sanctuary and back. Great service. Friendly people.

Just like the name of the tour “Lost on Lanai,” I was lost not in Lanai, but on Lanai. I did it willingly for a day, a day when we stepped on the red island and lost in time. The morning propeller plane ride was a mere 35 minutes, during which I watched a feast of scenery
