Take the time and the water to check out the trails and views. Having taken the helicopter tour.... seeing it up close you truly appreciate what the rains and weather have carved out of this island

take the drive to the north shore and enter there to waimea and you won't get behind any tour buses they go in from the other side. 7-8 in the morning is a good time

Look at weather reports but it should be pleasant but may be a little cool.
