We were there for a luau and songs honoring Kauaʻi's last king, Kaumualiʻi. It was an awesome show. We walked away with so much more knowledge of the island and everyone we met was so kind. We feel very honored to have been apart of something so authentic and real. Thank you for a great memory and congrats on an amazing show.…

We decided to take in a movie at the Waimea Theater in Waimea......first-time visitor. We had wanted to see the theater and they happened to be playing a movie we were wanting to see. While staying on the west side, took in a movie here (title of review) on 11/02. Surprisingly good venue to watch a flick. Sound was good, excellent picture on the screen, concessions area with popcorn and drinks. The theater even has 2 rows of nice wide cushioned rattan seats. If you are on the west side stop in and watch a movie in a theater built in 1938.…

Get there early for the good seats (wicker chairs). I love how they were playing Hawaiian music prior to the show. What a fun experience!…
