Fun to watch - small viewing area

It was fun to watch. Looks like there's a market setup but we didn't see it as it was closed when we got there. We went for sunset, get there at least 30 minutes early to get a... read more

Great selfie photo stop, easy to find with plenty of parking. Vendors were there selling there crafts and wares...

Very interesting to see the water sprout up like a fountain among the rocks. Beautiful views. Many vendors selling Hawaiian goods on path to viewing area.

This is an easy to get to site by car and well worth it. Will take a couple of tries to get the picture you want. The adjacent market was fun to look through.

As another reviewer noted, I've seen more spectacular blow holes, but it was a nice stop on a rainy day driving to explore the island. If you haven't seen a blow hole before, this is definitely worth while.

It was fun to watch. Looks like there's a market setup but we didn't see it as it was closed when we got there. We went for sunset, get there at least 30 minutes early to get a spot along the railing. And at least 1 hour early if you want a really good spot along the railing. Wasn't too... More

We were there in February, and apparently it is bigger in the summer. Still pretty cool, and there's a little market there where people sell nick nacks. Fun to peruse.

I've seen larger and more spectacular blow holes, but even so it was a nice change from the gardens nearby.

It really does roar like a dragon! Some older residents say that an attempt was made to dynamite the horn during WWII because it was an iconic landmark that would have given away position to enemy submarines. Fortunately, that didn't occur. Also, excellent jewelry buys can be found in the shops there. Low overhead. Lots of Kauai chickens to watch... More

A quick stop, but worth it. Very unique natural feature. It I close to the main road and easy to get to.

We certainly agree with the TripAdvisor reviewer just ahead of us....this is a very cool blowhole.....the viewing station is immediately above it and wide enough to accomodate quite a few people....look at the little inlets just to the right of the blow hole....there were probably a dozen huge turtles waiting at the bottom and clearly visible from the viewing station....
