Kalapaki Beach has shoreline access and is a beautiful drive whether you stop for a dip in the ocean or not. The breezes and scenery are breathtaking and will leave you with wonderful memories "burned" into your mind. Don't miss a drive, whether by bus...More

A very clean and well kept beach mostly protected but surfers are there every day as well as the body boarders and paddle boarders. Safe and family friendly. Concessions are right there.

This was the gentlest water we saw on Kauai. Great for kids and swimmers. My boyfriend tried SUPing there and had a great experience.

Great little beach for the family. Close to souvenir shopping, great food and fantastic views. Parking can be tricky on busy days, just make sure you're not in a PRIVATE parking lot, as these are usually reserved for the employees of the local businesses.

Nice beach area with calm waves, nice grasses area with palm trees for shade. Can eat at Duke's. Can go shopping or get a cocktail at the marriottt bar.

Love this beach and typically make it our last day adventure as the children can play in the surf, have a hot lunch at Dukes, and shower before boarding the flight home. Good last minute shopping as well.

water is rather murky and not too good for snorkeling, but it is good for swimming as there really isn't a killer reef with urchins!! A small surfing area exists near the rocky shore. Lots of places to rent surfboards, boogey boards SUPs etc. Nice...More

Easy to get to, and there are tons of spots where you can be alone, private, right on the water ... great day out!

My son loved this beach. It was one of his favorites on Kauai. The sand is really soft, especially towards the parking where the water flows into the beach from inland. The beach is small enough to walk from one end to the other. The...More

We didn't have to rent chairs or umbrellas since we were staying at the Marriott, however, I just googled Kauai Beach Boys and here's what it says: Classic Hawaii beach boy style, Kauai Beach Boys is Kalapaki's fun... More
